Lost of ATM Card

WHAT SHOULD THE CLIENT DO WHEN THEY LOSE THEIR ATM CARD?

 * Contact BNCTL’s Call Centre or the branch office to block the PIN of the lost
   ATM Card.

HOW TO BLOCK THE LOST CARD?

 1. Contact BNCTL’s Call Center (Telemor) 333, (Timor Telecom & Telkomcel)
    76333333.
 2. BNCTL officials will verify the account data.
 3. Based on the Client’s report, BNCTL officials will block the PIN of the lost
    ATM card.

HOW DO YOU REPLACE THE LOST ATM CARD?

 1. The Client should make a confirmation with BNCTL’s Agency or Branch Office.
 2. Bring a copy of the electoral card/BI and a copy of the Account Booklet or
    the Client’s account number with BNCTL.
 3. The client will fill up a form to replace it with a new ATM Card.
 4. BNCTL official will deactivate the PIN for the lost ATM Card.
 5. BNCTL officials will continue to process the new ATM Card.

WHAT IS THE COST TO REPLACE THE LOST ATM CARD WITH A NEW CARD?

 * The cost to replace the lost ATM Card with the new Card is USD2.00.

WHAT SHOULD THE CLIENT DO WHEN THEIR BNCTL ATM IS BLOCKED?

 1. The client needs to make a confirmation with the Agency or Branch office to
    re-open the blocked PIN for their BNCTL ATM Card.
 2. Present or show a valid original identity card.

 

WHEN WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO USE AGAIN THEIR BNCTL ATM CARD?

 * BNCTL ATM Card can be used again after receiving confirmation from an
   official from the BNCTL Branch Office.

WHAT CAN BE DONE IN A SITUATION WHERE THE BNCTL ATM CARD IS TAKEN BY THE ATM?

 * Contact BNCTL’s Call Center:

 1. (Telemor) 333,

 3. Directly visit BNCTL’s main office or a Branch Office to collect and hand
    over the referred ATM Card.
 4. Present or show a valid original identity card such as an electoral
    card/BI/Passport.

WHAT CAN BE DONE WHEN THE CLIENT FORGETS THEIR BNCTL ATM CARD PIN?

 * The client needs to report to the nearest BNCTL’s main office and show a
   valid original identity card such as an electoral card/BI/Passport, to allow
   the BNCTL office at the main office or Branch office to change the PIN that
   the client had forgotten for the ATM Card.

 

WHEN CAN THE CLIENT BE ABLE TO USE AGAIN THEIR BNCTL ATM CARD AFTER IT WAS
BLOCKED AS THEY FORGOT THE PIN?

 * The BNCTL ATM Card can be used after receiving a confirmation from BNCTL’s
   Main or Branch office.
