   have been very easy to work with over the years. This time around, I needed

   Matt was my agent when I started the process of finding a bond for my new
   company. What was at first a really opaque process became simple, stress-free
   and fast. I had a small hiccup on my end that delayed finalization for a bit,
   but when I emailed Matt about picking things up again it was no problem.
   Super happy with the service and will use them again for any applicable needs

   I have been exploring options for a probate bond. I've called a number of
   companies to obtain information. The folks at JW Surety, including Patsy,
   were so rude with me that I decided relatively quickly not to use them.
   Additionally, they suggested I should hire an attorney to represent me and
   the estate just to submit an application [notwithstanding that I am an
   attorney, and also notwithstanding that representation of me and the estate
   would be a conflict of interest for any attorney.]
   
   I dealt with many other companies just today; folks who, when they heard of
   my grandmother's passing, dealt with me with compassion and concern, rather
   than curt and conflicted answers, interruptions, and snarkiness.
   
   So glad I am avoiding getting involved with these folks.
