minutes early worked unbelievable got the job finished early under estimate and
I can’t have a nice enough good things to say about them very happy with the

Carmel Movers is hands down the BEST moving company!
We used Carmel Movers 2x in 1 1/2 years and each time the moving crews were
extremely efficient, very kind and went above and beyond every time. Ector and

we moved! Taking apart our beds/tables and putting them back together again was
such a gift.

Carmel movers did a great job moving my father from his home to a senior housing
community. They arrived on time (even early) and worked extremely hard on both
ends of the move. Everything was packaged or wrapped carefully including the
special boxes they had for TVs and artwork. All three movers were friendly and
professional and seemed to enjoy working together/helping each other as needed.

So I am sure this scenario will sound familiar to some of you out there. I
ordered a queen sized bed to be delivered to my home. The delivery driver
dropped my bed OUTSIDE of my apartment building and left it there. He did this
despite seeing me with my walker coming towards him to ask for help. I couldn't
move it myself. I then spent 90 minutes calling moving company after moving
company. Sometimes I could get past the robot that always seems to answer, most
times I couldn't.
After an hour and a half of listening to robots ask me to press different
numbers and leave voicemails, I finally reached Carmel Movers! And can I say,
WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!!
The phone rings 3 times and a delightful woman answered. A live actual human!
Thank any god! Every god! A person! A real live person! And a very nice, happy,
polite one too. I explained my situation and she was so kind and empathetic
about it. I really wish I could remember her name. (If you're reading this hun,
I'm sorry I forgot. You're wonderful!) She took down my information and told me
she was going to immediately call someone who could help and I should wait for a
call back.
10 minutes later I receive a call from Ivan. That's all it took. 10 minutes, and
another live person calls me. It's almost like winning the lottery! It appears
the first wonderful person I spoke to is really on top of her game! I can't tell
you how much I love, respect, and appreciate the lack of robot voices on the
phone when I am trying to solve a personal crisis!
Ivan confirms with me that the only thing I need moved is a new bed still in the
2 separate boxes, and then tells me to hold on and let him figure out who was in
the area. Less than 15 minutes on the phone and Ivan says he found me two of his
movers in the area who can get here today so that my bed doesn't sit outside
overnight! CARMEL MOVERS TO THE RESCUE!
My movers showed up right on time, with a third set of hands to spare! I've
always respected punctuality. In this situation I respect it all the more
because I was a last minute add on that was never supposed to be a part of their
day, but they still showed up right when they said they would and worked when
they should have been home! They contacted me a few minutes ahead of time to let
me know they would be arriving soon. They were kind, polite, fast, efficient,
and very helpful. They noticed my disability and offered to set the bed up for
me. When they were finished they cleaned up all the cardboard and plastic. They
gave me a chance to test the bed before leaving. All of this in roughly 20
minutes! They were so friendly and kind to me! Hector and his team were an
absolute godsend!
If I ever require moving services again I would absolutely call Carmel Movers! I
would recommend their services to anyone else who is moving or requires help
moving large pieces of furniture like I did. From beginning to end you will be
treated with respect and kindness. You will also find yourself impressed with
the incredible work ethic before you. And all for a reasonable price too! Rarely
do I feel like I am associating with a company that values the customer as much,
if not more than, their profits, but Carmel Movers certainly meets the mark!
Thanks for being my heroes tonight and making sure I had a set up bed to sleep
in! You guys rock!

for this company. Ivan is the one I spoke to first and he was more than
accommodating and unbelievably helpful and professional.. Ron the foreman from
my move was equally as great. And all the other guys were fantastic. They were

Everything about working with Carmel Movers was smooth and professional, from
the scheduling and estimate to the move itself, when they brought 4 movers
instead of 3 at no extra charge, and even hoisted our sofa up to the third floor
to bring it through the windows! I had a bit of sticker shock with the estimate,
but if you’re strategic about the day you move, schedule far in advance, and are
able to do some things yourself, the cost becomes very reasonable for a fabulous
and reliable team. Highly recommend!

I have used Carmel Movers twice for my moves in the Boston/Cambridge area and I
cannot recommend them enough! The movers arrived on time and were very efficient
(even with both of my apartments being on the third floor with no elevator).

Carmel Movers were fantastic. They showed up on time, and completed my move
quickly, but with ample consideration for my belongings (exactly what you want
in a mover!). They even took the time to fully disassemble and reassemble my
bed, placed my furniture where I requested, and packed a few things I'd
forgotten about (they had wardrobe boxes for clothes -- so helpful). I was
moving into a three story walk up, and they still got everything done so fast.
Definitely recommend these movers, and will use them again for my next move!

the arrangements. The movers came right on time, packed the truck in an hour and

The guys from Carmel Movers are great, and I dare say inhumanly strong!
(How 2 guys casually move a 300# curio down a ramp and up stairs is beyond me)

They were very friendly, professional in their work ethic, brought and cleaned
up all of their own supplies, and stuck around for as long as it took to get
everything out of my condo, even some small things not mentioned on the form.
They then helped to bring everything into my house without dragging anything on
the floor (even with furniture pads) or so much as touching a wall, asking where
each item should go and making sure it was placed and assembled to my
satisfaction.

Carmel Movers provided efficient, quality service during my move. I expected
some damage, but the workers didn't damage anything—and they were quick! They
also were able to store my stuff for a few weeks for free in between moving out
of my former place and into my new place.

Got a call from Ivan a few days prior to the scheduled local move that we could
move 1 day earlier. I appreciated this very much. Movers scheduled to arrive
between 12-2 and they arrived at 1:45p (I was called 30 min in advance). 3
people were all extremely professional. Prior to their arrival, we did
everything to ensure they could move all of our largest and heaviest items in an
efficient manner (disassembled furniture, removed the stair railing). Furniture
was wrapped in moving blankets. They moved the heaviest items with care and
without damaging any of the walls or scratching the floor. Afterwards, they
helped replace our heavy wrought iron railing. On arrival at the new location,
they moved the items carefully into their designated location. They immediately
began to reassemble certain furniture pieces. I asked them to stop because we
were prepared to reassemble ourselves. Overall the movers were courteous,
pleasant (despite the hot and humid conditions), and professional the entire
time. I did not compare other movers, but the price seemed reasonable. Total
time was 4.5 hours which was over our estimated time (3 hrs). Ivan was
responsive and accommodating with our schedule. I'd definitely use them again
and would recommend to others.

baritone voice. He arranged a small move of my 97 year young father out of his

In short, I was blown away by the Carmel team from the intake with Ivan on the
phone to the moving team on the day of. The team was extremely efficient, clean,
and careful! They were prompt, arriving right at their scheduled time, they were
professional, and took the time to protect our new hardwood floors and carpets
in our new home before they moved anything in. This may all sound standard to
you but I’ve moved quite a few times in the last five or so years and have never
had an experience like this.

In the past (when we haven’t used Carmel), my husband has had to be extremely
involved in helping to move large items, we’ve often been responsible for
unwrapping and reassembling our furniture, and teams usually take far longer
than our quote even with my husbands help. Not only did the team handle all of
this but they were also able to fix a drawer in a bed frame that had been broken
in our last move without my husband or I even mentioning it to them or asking
them to. We thought it was a lost cause but seeing that they had fixed it for us
blew us away. It was such a small detail but I think really shows their
attention to detail and the care they took with us. My husband and I couldn’t
stop talking about how easy the team made everything look and how quickly they
got us out of our old place and into our new one.

Moving days are usually stressful enough but I am currently 7 months pregnant
and cannot tell you how grateful I am that your team made is possible for me to
sit back, trust that my items were being handled safely, and got us into our new
home in just under the estimated time. I hope I don’t need to move again any
time soon but I know that if I do, Carmel will be my first call!

I was contacted by Carmel about the below review and was refunded $950. I am
impressed leadership found the situation I described below as concerning as I
did and made it right. Well done!

This is a story of how NOT to treat a customer that has given you their business
four times.

This move was from the storage unit Carmel moved us into three months ago into
our new home.

I made an error reading the date on the contract and the move in date was two
weeks later than I planned. I did not realize this until the day before what I
thought was the move date. Ivan informed me he could accommodate the move for
the next day and not in two weeks that was booked. I was delighted and
thankful...and then furious. Ivan then told me the hourly rate would be an
additional $25 per hour. He knew he had me, I knew he had me, and I agreed.

There was already a $100 per hour price increase compared to the prior contract
from three months ago. Ivan explained this was because it is the busy season /
supply and demand. This move was on a weekday not over the weekend.

Ivan ceased the opportunity to take advantage of our situation. The move price
increased by $1300 in three months!!! To add insult to injury this was the
fourth move he did for us, and certainly the last!

Moving is no one's favorite experience, but Carmel Movers did a fantastic job
and made it as enjoyable as possible. I started with a call to Ivan where he
inventoried our current house and made sure that the truck would accommodate our
move. Ivan was great at explaining the process, what was included, and gave us a
quote. I got quotes from three companies and all were about the same. I went
with Carmel because of good reviews online and how comfortable Ivan made me feel
during our chat. Our three man crew arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and
quickly got started. They made quick work of move out/loading all while making
sure that our furniture was safe and secure. They also bring you a bunch of
wardrobe boxes (included in the move) which makes moving your closets easy. The
guys were kind and hard workers. Move in was just as easy. The best part was how
attentive they were to where pieces were located in the old house- it was an
easy unload because they remembered where all of the furniture had been. They
also made sure to be careful of the walls and floors during move in. The move
took less time than expected and the final cost was under what we were quoted.
Pro tip- if you pay with cash/check, you save the credit card fee (I think it
was ~2-3%). While I don't want to move again for a long time, I would use Carmel
for our next move in a heartbeat!

From the moment we first met Vivo of Carmel Movers, he instilled a sense of calm
and professionalism that put us at ease in a very stressful situation---we had
signed an agreement for the sale of our house and had less than a month to move
out all of the items accumulated in 43 years of life, from a large house and
separate guest house that had been enjoyed by 5 children and 8 grandchildren! To
make it even more challenging we were moving things to 3 different locations on
two different moving days!

Also a challenge was deciding at the last moment to offer our 1928 Steinway
grand piano to my nephew rather than leave it for the buyers. He arrived on
Monday and fell in love with the piano, so I texted Vivo at 7 that night to see
if his team could possibly crate it up for us and load it onto a u-haul truck
when they came to do our first move out on Wed---he texted back immediately that
they could do it for us! Two days later my nephew was happily playing the piano
in its new home in PA – safe and sound!

The four men who arrived to move us (move #1) to our 2 bedroom apartment were
extraordinary people---they were not only strong but they were all so
professional, careful and fast as well as extremely courteous! Those four men
made our move a happy experience, and we felt safe throughout the process – in
spite of the COVID pandemic! We have no anxiety about our final move out on
Saturday, when our remaining things will be put in storage with Carmel until our
Townhouse in CO is ready to receive them. Carmel is helping to coordinate with
the cross-country transport company they have successfully used before.

I was 27 when I moved into our home and will be turning 70 this December—a move
of this magnitude for my husband and me was extremely daunting until we met with
Carmel movers. We will HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who needs a move large
or small. The experience from beginning to end has been one where the movers
treated our belongings as if they were their own! Carmel Movers is the most
expert care one could possibly imagine!

direct access and so the team had to be a little creative with getting

We hired Carmel for our move from Framingham to Webster recently. From the 1st
phone call to the last box everyone was phenomenal! Ivan was hugely helpful and
knowledgeable providing me with tips and tricks to make my packing easier and he
was the only one (I called 3 other companies for quotes) who gave thorough
explanations about what to expect, breaking down the quote and their
responsibilities vs. mine for the move. We received a call the day before the
move confirming the arrival time of 8am. On the day of the move, Juan (crew
lead) and his team showed up 15 minutes early and got right to work. They moved
our whole house (1800 sq. ft.) by 11.15 and we were on the road. After a 50
minute ride they had us unloaded by 2:30. AMAZING!! These guys didn't stop
moving (except when we fed them lunch and even then it was only for 15 minutes
to eat a quick burger). I have moved multiple times and have NEVER seen such
efficiency and hustle!

Needless to say we were beyond impressed with Carmel and I would 110% recommend
them to you and absolutely use them again in the future.

initial call with Ivan who handled the administrative end of things to having

The quote was fair and the final bill didn't vary by a penny from what we
expected to pay. The 4 man team who actually did our move was phenomenal. They
arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and helpful. Everything was moved
without a scratch or a knick! They took great care to disassemble, wrap, unwrap
and reassemble several pieces of heavy and/or fragile furniture. They moved
items to the exact spots we wanted them placed and also loaded a pod we had
outside with the overflow since we were still undergoing renovation at the new
house. They had no issue leaving us with the wardrobe boxes full of our clothing
and the moving blankets still protecting our items in the pod. They told us to
take as long as we needed and they would come and retrieve these items when we

Carmel movers did a great job moving my father from his home to a senior housing
community. They arrived on time (even early) and worked extremely hard on both
ends of the move. Everything was packaged or wrapped carefully including the
special boxes they had for TVs and artwork. All three movers were friendly and
professional and seemed to enjoy working together/helping each other as needed.

So I am sure this scenario will sound familiar to some of you out there. I
ordered a queen sized bed to be delivered to my home. The delivery driver
dropped my bed OUTSIDE of my apartment building and left it there. He did this
despite seeing me with my walker coming towards him to ask for help. I couldn't
move it myself. I then spent 90 minutes calling moving company after moving
company. Sometimes I could get past the robot that always seems to answer, most
times I couldn't.
After an hour and a half of listening to robots ask me to press different
numbers and leave voicemails, I finally reached Carmel Movers! And can I say,
WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!!
The phone rings 3 times and a delightful woman answered. A live actual human!
Thank any god! Every god! A person! A real live person! And a very nice, happy,
polite one too. I explained my situation and she was so kind and empathetic
about it. I really wish I could remember her name. (If you're reading this hun,
I'm sorry I forgot. You're wonderful!) She took down my information and told me
she was going to immediately call someone who could help and I should wait for a
call back.
10 minutes later I receive a call from Ivan. That's all it took. 10 minutes, and
another live person calls me. It's almost like winning the lottery! It appears
the first wonderful person I spoke to is really on top of her game! I can't tell
you how much I love, respect, and appreciate the lack of robot voices on the
phone when I am trying to solve a personal crisis!
Ivan confirms with me that the only thing I need moved is a new bed still in the
2 separate boxes, and then tells me to hold on and let him figure out who was in
the area. Less than 15 minutes on the phone and Ivan says he found me two of his
movers in the area who can get here today so that my bed doesn't sit outside
overnight! CARMEL MOVERS TO THE RESCUE!
My movers showed up right on time, with a third set of hands to spare! I've
always respected punctuality. In this situation I respect it all the more
because I was a last minute add on that was never supposed to be a part of their
day, but they still showed up right when they said they would and worked when
they should have been home! They contacted me a few minutes ahead of time to let
me know they would be arriving soon. They were kind, polite, fast, efficient,
and very helpful. They noticed my disability and offered to set the bed up for
me. When they were finished they cleaned up all the cardboard and plastic. They
gave me a chance to test the bed before leaving. All of this in roughly 20
minutes! They were so friendly and kind to me! Hector and his team were an
absolute godsend!
If I ever require moving services again I would absolutely call Carmel Movers! I
would recommend their services to anyone else who is moving or requires help
moving large pieces of furniture like I did. From beginning to end you will be
treated with respect and kindness. You will also find yourself impressed with
the incredible work ethic before you. And all for a reasonable price too! Rarely
do I feel like I am associating with a company that values the customer as much,
if not more than, their profits, but Carmel Movers certainly meets the mark!

I can not say enough good things about Carmel Movers. This woman owned business

for this company. Ivan is the one I spoke to first and he was more than
accommodating and unbelievably helpful and professional.. Ron the foreman from
my move was equally as great. And all the other guys were fantastic. They were
careful they were accommodating they were just all around Unbelievable . I will

Everything about working with Carmel Movers was smooth and professional, from
the scheduling and estimate to the move itself, when they brought 4 movers
instead of 3 at no extra charge, and even hoisted our sofa up to the third floor
to bring it through the windows! I had a bit of sticker shock with the estimate,
but if you’re strategic about the day you move, schedule far in advance, and are
able to do some things yourself, the cost becomes very reasonable for a fabulous

I have used Carmel Movers twice for my moves in the Boston/Cambridge area and I
cannot recommend them enough! The movers arrived on time and were very efficient
(even with both of my apartments being on the third floor with no elevator).

in a mover!). They even took the time to fully disassemble and reassemble my

We gave Carmel short notice on a local move. Ivan took our information and made
the arrangements. The movers came right on time, packed the truck in an hour and
a half and unpacked it just as quickly. It was a hot day but the movers were
friendly and accomodating. Ivan followed up the next day. The final price was
actually LOWER than estimated!! I would definitely use Carmel again and would

The guys from Carmel Movers are great, and I dare say inhumanly strong!
(How 2 guys casually move a 300# curio down a ramp and up stairs is beyond me)

They were very friendly, professional in their work ethic, brought and cleaned
up all of their own supplies, and stuck around for as long as it took to get
everything out of my condo, even some small things not mentioned on the form.
They then helped to bring everything into my house without dragging anything on
the floor (even with furniture pads) or so much as touching a wall, asking where
each item should go and making sure it was placed and assembled to my
satisfaction.

Carmel Movers provided efficient, quality service during my move. I expected
some damage, but the workers didn't damage anything—and they were quick! They
also were able to store my stuff for a few weeks for free in between moving out
of my former place and into my new place.

The office was responsive whenever I had a question or concern. Everyone was
very friendly, which is even more impressive for people who are carrying heavy
boxes and furniture in 80-90 degree heat up and down stairs!

Got a call from Ivan a few days prior to the scheduled local move that we could
move 1 day earlier. I appreciated this very much. Movers scheduled to arrive
between 12-2 and they arrived at 1:45p (I was called 30 min in advance). 3
people were all extremely professional. Prior to their arrival, we did
everything to ensure they could move all of our largest and heaviest items in an
efficient manner (disassembled furniture, removed the stair railing). Furniture
was wrapped in moving blankets. They moved the heaviest items with care and
without damaging any of the walls or scratching the floor. Afterwards, they
helped replace our heavy wrought iron railing. On arrival at the new location,
they moved the items carefully into their designated location. They immediately
began to reassemble certain furniture pieces. I asked them to stop because we
were prepared to reassemble ourselves. Overall the movers were courteous,
pleasant (despite the hot and humid conditions), and professional the entire
time. I did not compare other movers, but the price seemed reasonable. Total
time was 4.5 hours which was over our estimated time (3 hrs). Ivan was
responsive and accommodating with our schedule. I'd definitely use them again
and would recommend to others.

My initial contact was Ivan; you’ll know you got him too by his gravelly
baritone voice. He arranged a small move of my 97 year young father out of his
house and into an independent living place. We really wanted a morning move and
he set up us with an 8-9 AM arrival. Move day; Ricardo and Oscar arrived at
literally 7:58 AM and had my fathers items in the truck carefully and
efficiently. What stood out with these two men was the utter and clear respect
for my father. He gets treated sometimes with overindulgence and fawning. Both

2 years ago we moved to a new apartment out of our family home, And this company
came recommended from our real estate agent. Needless to say they did an
excellent job and were efficient, Courteous and very professional.

Ivan was a great help in making sure things went smoothly and we knew what to
expect, He even arranged to have our bed slats replaced and sent a team to cut
and install them!!

I highly recommend them. There was no damage to both the property and the items
being moved. I had a special request that when they move things to a storage
unit that they take out some bakers racks first so I could use them and they not
only accommodated me, but set them up and set up my storage space in such a way

In short, I was blown away by the Carmel team from the intake with Ivan on the
phone to the moving team on the day of. The team was extremely efficient, clean,
and careful! They were prompt, arriving right at their scheduled time, they were
professional, and took the time to protect our new hardwood floors and carpets
in our new home before they moved anything in. This may all sound standard to
you but I’ve moved quite a few times in the last five or so years and have never
had an experience like this.

In the past (when we haven’t used Carmel), my husband has had to be extremely
involved in helping to move large items, we’ve often been responsible for
unwrapping and reassembling our furniture, and teams usually take far longer
than our quote even with my husbands help. Not only did the team handle all of
this but they were also able to fix a drawer in a bed frame that had been broken
in our last move without my husband or I even mentioning it to them or asking
them to. We thought it was a lost cause but seeing that they had fixed it for us
blew us away. It was such a small detail but I think really shows their
attention to detail and the care they took with us. My husband and I couldn’t
stop talking about how easy the team made everything look and how quickly they
got us out of our old place and into our new one.

Moving days are usually stressful enough but I am currently 7 months pregnant
and cannot tell you how grateful I am that your team made is possible for me to
sit back, trust that my items were being handled safely, and got us into our new
home in just under the estimated time. I hope I don’t need to move again any
time soon but I know that if I do, Carmel will be my first call!

Carmel helped my daughter move into a new apartment. It was a small move but her
furniture was very heavy and it was an extremely cold day. The crew was
friendly, professional and very careful moving the furniture up the two narrow
stairways of the apartment. They asked her where the furniture should be placed
and made sure she was satisfied once they placed it. I have used many movers and
these guys are one of the best, I would definitely use them again.

Recently had a 60 mile move from Waltham Ma. Carmel was
Recommended by close friend. This was the best part of our total move. House
completion was pushed off a few times and Ivan at at Carmel was very

My first time using a moving company and Carmel was A1. My situation was
difficult as I could not get a ready date on my new home and was forced
reschedule multiple times. **** was very understanding and accommodating to my
situation. The 4 man team arrived early and were very professional and skilled
in all facets of the move. From dismantling to packing set up and reassembling
furniture. What I thought would be the most stressful they made completely a
relief. Arrived loaded truck moved 60 miles unpacked set up and left in a day.

I did a quote comparison of Carmel Movers to other providers as well and they
were actually the best priced as well.

UPDATE TO BELOW:
I was contacted by Carmel about the below review and was refunded $950. I am
impressed leadership found the situation I described below as concerning as I
did and made it right. Well done!

This is a story of how NOT to treat a customer that has given you their business
four times.

This move was from the storage unit Carmel moved us into three months ago into
our new home.

I made an error reading the date on the contract and the move in date was two
weeks later than I planned. I did not realize this until the day before what I
thought was the move date. Ivan informed me he could accommodate the move for
the next day and not in two weeks that was booked. I was delighted and
thankful...and then furious. Ivan then told me the hourly rate would be an
additional $25 per hour. He knew he had me, I knew he had me, and I agreed.

There was already a $100 per hour price increase compared to the prior contract
from three months ago. Ivan explained this was because it is the busy season /
supply and demand. This move was on a weekday not over the weekend.

Ivan ceased the opportunity to take advantage of our situation. The move price
increased by $1300 in three months!!! To add insult to injury this was the
fourth move he did for us, and certainly the last!

Moving is no one's favorite experience, but Carmel Movers did a fantastic job
and made it as enjoyable as possible. I started with a call to Ivan where he
inventoried our current house and made sure that the truck would accommodate our
move. Ivan was great at explaining the process, what was included, and gave us a
quote. I got quotes from three companies and all were about the same. I went
with Carmel because of good reviews online and how comfortable Ivan made me feel
during our chat. Our three man crew arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and
quickly got started. They made quick work of move out/loading all while making
sure that our furniture was safe and secure. They also bring you a bunch of
wardrobe boxes (included in the move) which makes moving your closets easy. The
guys were kind and hard workers. Move in was just as easy. The best part was how
attentive they were to where pieces were located in the old house- it was an
easy unload because they remembered where all of the furniture had been. They
also made sure to be careful of the walls and floors during move in. The move
took less time than expected and the final cost was under what we were quoted.
Pro tip- if you pay with cash/check, you save the credit card fee (I think it
was ~2-3%). While I don't want to move again for a long time, I would use Carmel
for our next move in a heartbeat!

We used Carmel Movers in April. We found them to be very professional and
efficient. They did a fantastic job protecting our property and we had no
damage. They even moved a glass curio cabinet as well as a grandfather clock. We
would highly recommend. In setting up the move, Ivan was incredibly helpful. The
move actually cost a little less than the original estimate.

efficient. They did a fabulous job protecting our items as there was no damage.

Vivo and his team are highly recommended by me. The guys were very professional,
I had no damage to any items. This was a large move with multiple trucks, long
day on both ends, they just kept on smiling! Price was very fair and truly was

Yesterday was moving day. We hired Carmel movers to take us to our new home.
They showed up about a half hour early. They immediately got to work wrapped up
all the items we were taking to the new place. And the stuff we weren’t taking,
they carried to the garage to be stored for later gifting, or to otherwise be
disposed of. They even moved an antique safe (1920+/-) from the attic to the
garage.

Once we arrived at the new house, they worked continuously in getting everything
into the new place.

The good news is, the Carmel guys don’t dilly dally. They got the job done.
What’s more? And the even better news is, none of our items were broken, dented
or damaged, nor was any of the woodwork or walls in the house.

While I don’t look forward to moving again, when the time come that we do, we’ll
call Carmel again.

The Carmel moving Team of 4, lead by Hector M arrived on time. They got busy
immediately with packing me up.
Their packing and unpacking service was fast and efficient.
They finished up and left my house at 7:00 PM. It was a long day.

All my valuable things were packed with care and arrived safely when unpacked.
The physical local move went very well.

I was not able to participate in this move due to health reasons but the care
and professionalism demonstrated by the team was truly amazing.
They took the time to ask me where everything should go and made some decisions
for me that were perfect.

I would recommend Carmel Movers to all but especially for folks like myself that
require the extra help and caring attitude.

Carmel helped us move out of our home of 30 years and into a new construction
house. They answered my many questions about packing and moving with patience.
They were very organized and careful in loading the truck and were professional
and accommodating on both ends of the move. Due to the timing of our moves we
ended up needing to store our furniture and personal items with them for 2
months. Everything was returned to the new house in perfect condition. I can not
say enough about how easy they were to work with and how careful and respectful
they were with our belongings.I would highly recommend them!

confidence in Al the foreman. He has an incredible memory and knew exactly where
I wanted everything to go. I couldn't find my tv remote and called headquarters
and within 5 minutes I got a call back and Al knew where it was! I would

I am very tired after a long day of moving today , but I just had to write this.
I have used Carmel for 3 different moves plus putting items in storage. Marlon
has been the supervisor for the team each time and is so careful and considerate
I actually request him for my moves!! He has always gone above and beyond to
make sure things are well packed and placed exactly where you want them. I could
go on and on-what a fabulous worker he is. He honestly can't do enough to help
and he sets the tone for whatever team he is with. Ivan has guided us through
the process in getting all set up properly. I would add more stars if I could.
If we ever (Lord help me) move again, I know who to call!!

From the moment we first met Vivo of Carmel Movers, he instilled a sense of calm
and professionalism that put us at ease in a very stressful situation---we had
signed an agreement for the sale of our house and had less than a month to move
out all of the items accumulated in 43 years of life, from a large house and
separate guest house that had been enjoyed by 5 children and 8 grandchildren! To
make it even more challenging we were moving things to 3 different locations on
two different moving days!

Also a challenge was deciding at the last moment to offer our 1928 Steinway
grand piano to my nephew rather than leave it for the buyers. He arrived on
Monday and fell in love with the piano, so I texted Vivo at 7 that night to see
if his team could possibly crate it up for us and load it onto a u-haul truck
when they came to do our first move out on Wed---he texted back immediately that
they could do it for us! Two days later my nephew was happily playing the piano
in its new home in PA – safe and sound!

The four men who arrived to move us (move #1) to our 2 bedroom apartment were
extraordinary people---they were not only strong but they were all so
professional, careful and fast as well as extremely courteous! Those four men
made our move a happy experience, and we felt safe throughout the process – in
spite of the COVID pandemic! We have no anxiety about our final move out on
Saturday, when our remaining things will be put in storage with Carmel until our
Townhouse in CO is ready to receive them. Carmel is helping to coordinate with
the cross-country transport company they have successfully used before.

I was 27 when I moved into our home and will be turning 70 this December—a move
of this magnitude for my husband and me was extremely daunting until we met with
Carmel movers. We will HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who needs a move large
or small. The experience from beginning to end has been one where the movers
treated our belongings as if they were their own! Carmel Movers is the most
expert care one could possibly imagine!

Just had Carmel Movers help us with a cross city move and must say they were
excellent and I would highly recommend them. Our move was a little more
complicated and not just because of COVID, the property we moved into had no
direct access and so the team had to be a little creative with getting
everything into the property and they did so without a fuss, extremely pleasant
and professional. Took the stress out of the move.

We hired Carmel for our move from Framingham to Webster recently. From the 1st
phone call to the last box everyone was phenomenal! Ivan was hugely helpful and
knowledgeable providing me with tips and tricks to make my packing easier and he
was the only one (I called 3 other companies for quotes) who gave thorough
explanations about what to expect, breaking down the quote and their
responsibilities vs. mine for the move. We received a call the day before the
move confirming the arrival time of 8am. On the day of the move, Juan (crew
lead) and his team showed up 15 minutes early and got right to work. They moved
our whole house (1800 sq. ft.) by 11.15 and we were on the road. After a 50
minute ride they had us unloaded by 2:30. AMAZING!! These guys didn't stop
moving (except when we fed them lunch and even then it was only for 15 minutes
to eat a quick burger). I have moved multiple times and have NEVER seen such
efficiency and hustle!

Needless to say we were beyond impressed with Carmel and I would 110% recommend
them to you and absolutely use them again in the future.

My wife and I hired Carmel to move us from a 3 bedroom apartment to a house.
I've moved a lot due to my career and I've never had faster more thorough movers
in my life. They disassembled and wrapped every piece of my furniture. I didn't
even have to empty the clothes from our dressers. They arrived right on time and
finished an hour earlier than they estimated. This was also the only time I've
moved that absolutely nothing was broken during the move, not even the stem off
a wine glass. I can't recommend these movers enough. The best!

We just completed a move with Carmel Movers from Natick to Southborough and
couldn't be happier with the service they provided from start to finish! From my
initial call with Ivan who handled the administrative end of things to having
the owner, Vivo, come out to assess our needs, to moving day and beyond, Carmel
Movers can be counted on for their professionalism and great customer service! .
The quote was fair and the final bill didn't vary by a penny from what we
expected to pay. The 4 man team who actually did our move was phenomenal. They
arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and helpful. Everything was moved
without a scratch or a knick! They took great care to disassemble, wrap, unwrap
and reassemble several pieces of heavy and/or fragile furniture. They moved
items to the exact spots we wanted them placed and also loaded a pod we had
outside with the overflow since we were still undergoing renovation at the new
house. They had no issue leaving us with the wardrobe boxes full of our clothing
and the moving blankets still protecting our items in the pod. They told us to
take as long as we needed and they would come and retrieve these items when we
are ready. We can't say enough good things about Carmel and would highly
recommend them to any discerning customer in need of movers!

move that included 3 separate dates of moving things out of our home into
long-term storage, and then out of storage for a long distance move. Their
pricing was very reasonable; their estimates were honored (no surprise
up-charges during the process), and they helped us select the most cost
efficient way to move 2,000 miles across the country. During the moves out of
our home, in and out of storage, and then 2,000 miles across the country - not 1
item was broken due to their expert packing! We had a lot of crystal, glass,
artwork and items that required custom crating - and everything arrived safely
after being moved multiple times and across the country. This company puts
