WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE VIEWPOINT EMEA SUMMIT?

The Viewpoint EMEA Summit is open to current Viewpoint customers and
construction industry professionals to attend the two-day virtual event. This
virtual event is a unique opportunity to connect with peers and learn how to
manage change and digital transformation at a pivotal time for construction.


WHAT TIME WILL THE SUMMIT BE EACH DAY?

The summit will run from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM on Wednesday, October 13th, and from
1:30 PM – 4:30 PM on Thursday, October 14th

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO ATTEND?

Yes, you must register to attend the event. You will be asked to create your
login details upon registration for the event. Registration is free, unless you
choose to upgrade to our VIP package. See the ticket info here for more detail.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO PARTICIPATE?

To participate you need an Internet connection and a modern web browser. For the
best viewing experience, we recommend that you join the conference using a
supported internet browser, which includes Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A WEBCAM?

Not at all! Only our presenters will be required to have webcams for the summit,
our guests do not.

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE ENTIRE EVENT? CAN I JUST ATTEND 1 DAY?

No, you do not need to attend the entire event. Once registered, you can create
your own agenda and choose which sessions you would like to attend. You will
still have access to the virtual hall at any time.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE LOGIN INFORMATION?

You will create your login information when you register for a ticket. This will
then be what you use for the event between 13th-14th October.

WHO DO I CONTACT FOR TECHNICAL HELP IF I CANNOT ACCESS THE EVENT?

Viewpoint will be providing a virtual walkthrough prior to the event. There will
be technical support on hand to assist you with any issues you may have.

WILL I BE ABLE TO REGISTER A GROUP OF PEOPLE?

No, you will not be able to register on behalf of a group of people. Each person
attending must create their own login and password.

WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE THE PRESENTERS FOR EACH SESSION?

Yes. All of the presenters will have their cameras on so you can see them during
their presentations.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ASK QUESTIONS DURING THE SESSIONS?

The majority of sessions will have Q&A functionality where answers will be
provided via chat or audio.
