* Methanex - Penthol Seminer
We are excited to announce that Responsible Care Seminar, jointly organized
by Methanex and Penthol, was successfully held in İzmit on June 6th. The
seminar was an excellent platform for sharing knowledge and insights about
the safe handling of methanol throughout the value chain, as part of our
commitment to Responsible Care and Sustainability. We had the privilege of
engaging with industry experts, researchers, and professionals who
contributed to dynamic discussions and valuable networking opportunities. We
are grateful for the active participation and enthusiasm shown by all
attendees. Their contributions made the event exceptionally informative and
beneficial. A special thank you to our speakers for their enlightening
presentations and to our organizing team for their hard work in making this

* Carbon Black World
Penthol attended Carbon Black World in Vienna on 14-15 May
* PENTHOL recently started operating in Baku and Washington DC
Penthol has already became one of the main International standard drilling
pipe suppliers in Azerbaycan. Penthol now has an office in Washington DC, to
facilitate communications with government channels, to develop opportunities
and provide federal procurement services. Successfully registered in the
award management system, Penthol is able to grant services to federal
organizations as well as Defense Logisttic Agency and USAID. Penthol’s
Washington DC office is the correct address for Penthol's current and future
worldwide partners to introduce their products & services to USA and North
American market. Penthol provides effective market entry strategies and
facilitates communication with targeted clients.
* Penthol expands to Group I base oils distribution
Global downstream distributor Penthol has expanded its base oils distribution
network to Group I base oils. Penthol have started sales of European Group I
base oils from storage tanks in Rotterdam. The company plans to increase its
total storage capacity to more than 10,000t by the end of this year. This
terminal is equipped to load onto trucks and barges. Penthol has been
marketing Adnoc's Group III base oils in the US since July 2016 as the
exclusive distributor. The company has been actively supplying Group I and
Group II base oils to other regions like South America, Asia-Pacific and
South Africa and also plans to start Group II distribution in ARA by the end
of the year.
* Penthol Sets its Sights on South Africa
In little more than a year, leading base oil distributor Penthol has gained a
solid foothold in South Africa and established itself as a major supplier in
the region. It is now providing independent blenders and lubricant
manufacturers with API Group I base oils in a market filled with potential,
