INVESTMENT

If you establish an investment company, an investment fund, or a stock market,
the profit tax will be 0.01 percent rather than 20%. The Republic of Armenia's
government will adhere to the "Open Doors" policy's principles, which include
liberalizing investment operations, reserving national and preferential
treatment for foreign investors, effective investor protection, and other
advanced international norms.



IT SERVICES

In terms of technology, Armenia is a very promising country, with many strong IT
companies, programming schools, and young professionals. Preferential taxation
for IT companies producing products in this area (at least until the end of
2022): 0% income tax and 10% (instead of 23%) income tax on employee salaries
with all deductions.



FINANCIAL MARKET

stronger-than-expected recovery in the first half of 2021, the GDP growth

4.8 percent in 2022 and 5.4 percent in 2023. The Armenian government forecasts
7% growth in 2022.

organization investments. The government has launched a 10-year strategy to

According to Trading Economics global macro models and analysts, manufacturing
production in Armenia is predicted to increase by 9.50 percent by the end of
this quarter.


SOLAR ENERGY

Armenia has a lot of potential for solar energy. Solar energy flow per square
meter of horizontal surface is around 1720 kWh per year (the average European is
1000 kWh).


PRODUCTION

Armenia became a desirable place for investment and production enterprise thanks
to its highest GDP rate in Europe (3.2 % GDP CAGR vs. 2.7 % for worldwide GDP),
economic reforms, and "open door" policy.

INDUSTRY

Armenia has a 21.8 percent industrial production rate. The leading industries
