WARNING LIGHT DESIGNATIONS:

 * Type A Warning Lights
 * Low-Intensity, flashing, typically has 2 lit sides.
 * Used for warning of hazards at night. They should not be used for guiding
   traffic since the off/on flashing could be confusing. They are not as visible
   during the day and may even be off during daylight hours.
 * 
 * Type B Warning Lights
 * High intensity, flashing, typically have a hood and face one direction so all
   the light energy is focused in one direction.
 * Used to warn road users during both daylight and nighttime hours.
 * 
 * Type C Warning Lights
 * Steady burn lights.
 * Can be used at night to delineate the edge of a roadway and to help guide
   drivers since they have a constant light. When used to delineate a curve, the
   Type C lights must be used on the outside of the curve, and not on the inside
   of the curve.
 * 
 * Type D Warning Lights
 * 360 degrees of visibility
 * Can be used at night to delineate the edge of a roadway and may be
   advantageous over Type C when it is important for light to be seen from all
   sides. When used to delineate a curve, the Type D lights must be used on the
   outside of the curve, and not on the inside of the curve.
