ABOUT US

Ever since its inception in 1963, the WAVE Group has been spreading its wings to
almost all domains of business starting from sugar manufacturing, distilleries,
paper manufacturing, real estate, malls & multiplexes to spirits, liquor retail
& distribution, sports and entertainment. An integral belief of the Wave Group
is to give back and empower the society through its CSR arm The Ponty Chadha
Foundation. The Foundation has been initiated by Mrs. Jatinder Kaur Chadha in
September 2014, in the memory of her late husband, the erstwhile visionary
chairman of the WAVE Group; Mr. Ponty Chadha, who was working for the welfare
and rehabilitation of children with Special Needs, since 1999 through Mata
Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan. The CSR activities that are currently addressed by the
Foundation are hunger and food security, community health, education and skill
training, sports for children and cooperate employees, and awareness drives.

PCF STORY
