Beginning Oct. 2nd the bridge in front of the campground will be closed. THE
CAMPGROUND WILL STILL BE ACCESSIBLE VIA HIGHWAY 16 TO HIGHWAY 244. The bridge is
being redone this winter and the road will remain closed until the beginning of
May 2024. Please call if you have any questions or concerns and we will be happy

Welcome to beautiful Mount Rushmore Resort and Lodge at Palmer Gulch. Our
unique resort is the perfect home base to explore all the sites and adventures
the beautiful Black Hills region has to offer.


THE LODGE

The Mount Rushmore Lodge features 61 spacious guest rooms, including royal and
presidential suites. The great room is framed by a two-story fireplace
constructed from the same granite as the nearby Crazy Horse Memorial.

CABINS

Our cabins range from the two-story Grand Executive Lodge, which sleeps 12, to
cozy one bedroom cabins to accommodate a range of group sizes. Many offer full
kitchens or kitchenettes and decks or screened porches.

RV/TENT

Our RV and tent sites give you options, ranging from Deluxe RV pads with patio,
table, chairs and full hookups to basic tent sites in the pines. We’ve got the
perfect site for your camping rig whether it’s large or small.
