I bought 2 new Chevy Trucks from Jon Hall Chevrolet. The first issue was with my 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500HD, it had sensor issues and sat at chevy for over 5 weeks. The second truck which is a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 has broken down now 4 times and is still at shop. Chevy expects me to keep truck after repeated break downs. They have ripped the transmission out twice and now want to replace and still have no idea what is wrong with it. When i called in for assistance and spoke with KEVIN HANNAH, he basically was trying to sell me a new truck. I explained to him i just purchased 2 new ones less than 6 months ago and i have one that is broke down at the moment. He basically told me he needed a deposit for a new truck. I explained i wanted my truck fixed he said are you paying for the tow truck? I told him i have a 100,000 mile warranty and the truck is only 5 months old. Then he laughed and got rude and told me to F*CK OFF. So when i called back and spoke with his manager he said i was liar and KEVIN HANNAH never asked for a deposit or said anything like that to me.
