THE 2021 ABOVE AND BEYOND DOCTOR OF THE YEAR WAS AWARDED TO DR. MICHAEL AGENTER

In the fall of 2021 Shine Orthodontics received a call that Dr. Michael Agenter
had been nominated for Doctor Of The Year from the Audrey Rose Foundation. As a
staff we couldn’t be more proud of this honor that is well deserved.

This annual award took place on November 6th at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland
Plaza. At the event they recognized physicians whose dedication, talents, and
skills have improved the lives of countless childhood patients.

From those ten doctors, one doctor was selected as the Aubrey Rose Foundation
“Above & Beyond” Doctor of the Year. We eagerly awaited the announcement that
evening as each physician equally deserved this privilege. When Dr. Agenter’s
name was called we rejoiced with so much excitement! The first person he gave
appreciation to was His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ followed by his family and
staff. It was a heartfelt and memorable occasion for all.

The Audrey Rose Foundation proudly celebrated these doctors and their goodness.

What: The 2022 Shine Celebration

Who: The Shine Orthodontics Staff, You, and Your Family

When: Sunday, September 18, 2022, 3-6 PM

Why: To celebrate you and the local dental community, give away free braces, and
make up for the last two and a half years without celebration.

Everything You Need to Know

Our Shine Celebration will be hosted on the beautiful Cedar Bay Farm on
September 18th from 3-6 PM.

Located in Lebanon, Ohio, Cedar Bay Farm is one of the most exciting and
incomparably beautiful venues in all of South-West Ohio. Shine Orthodontics
chose Cedar Bay because of its focus on community and friendship, and because of
the farm's staggering beauty!

This year we will be celebrating the Shine Orthodontics community, our patients,
the local dental community and the beautiful smiles we have created together.

We are going all out! It’s time to make up for the memories we’ve missed out on
over the past two and a half years. Not only that, but this is also the time to
celebrate our seventh annual Shine Orthodontics Free Braces Giveaway!

But we are getting ahead of ourselves! There is so much happening at this year’s
Shine Celebration (hey, two and a half years is a long time to wait!) that we
can hardly contain our excitement...

Let's break down each portion of the 2022 Shine Celebration. You don't want to
miss out, we'll be sure to bring a smile to your face!


ABOUT CEDAR BAY FARM

Cedar Bay Farm is a family-owned celebration space and private venue. It is
often used as a wedding venue, but it is perfect for any family-friendly party
of epic proportions. Not to mention the view is absolutely jaw-dropping.


WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO AT THE SHINE CELEBRATION

The 2022 Shine Celebration will be one to remember.

This year’s entertainment will include a food truck (from a local restaurant
TBA), the Free Braces Giveaway, a free gift for everyone, entertainment, and
games for children (including a bouncy house and other games).

We will also be drawing 50% Off Full Orthodontic Treatment and free retainers!

You will be eligible for the Free Braces Giveaway if you were spotted with a
Shine Ortho Car Magnet on your car in the past year.

Dr. Mike and Dr. Ashley want to honor our wonderful patients who make it a joy
to come to work and the supportive dental community who help make it a little
easier to smile each and every day.

JOIN SHINE ORTHODONTICS AT THE 2022 COUNTRYSIDE YMCA HEALTHY KIDS TRIATHLON

Get Ready, Get Set, Go!

Join Us at the 2022 Countryside YMCA Healthy Kids Triathlon!

Shine Orthodontics is looking forward to seeing you and your kids on August 20th
at the 11th annual YMCA Healthy Kids Triathlon!

We are honored and excited to once again be partnering with our local community
and YMCA to help kids stay active and healthy. Whether your child is new to
competing in a triathlon or they are experienced with SWIMMING, BIKING, and
RUNNING, this event is perfect for all kids ages 6-14.

Shine Orthodontics is auctioning a Full Comprehensive Orthodontic Treatment with
all proceeds benefiting the Caring for Families Campaign. Opening bid is $3,000
(Retail Value of $6,000). You can place a bid by leaving a message on the Shine
Orthodontics Facebook Page or emailing questions regarding the auction and bids
to: jen@justshine.com. All final bids need to be in by 8 pm on Thursday 8/19,
with the highest bidder winning at 8:01 pm.

The following information about participating in the Triathlon is provided by
the Countryside YMCA. We hope to see you on Saturday, August 20th for a FUN day
with family and friends!

Without further ado, let's take a closer look at this year's Countryside YMCA
Healthy Kids Triathlon.


THE 2022 COUNTRYSIDE YMCA HEALTHY KIDS TRIATHLON DETAILS

This summer is the perfect opportunity to get your kids into swimming, biking,
running, or all three! Kids aged 6... to 14 can test their skills in this
August's Countryside YMCA Kids Triathlon.

There is no better event this summer to help your kids stay active and get
moving. Your kids can experience the excitement and thrill of a real triathlon
in a welcoming and encouraging environment designed to build up your kids'
self-confidence and instill a lifelong love for biking, swimming, and running!

This year's Countryside Kids Triathlon will be held at the Countryside YMCA in
Lebanon, Ohio. Participants will swim in the YMCA's Olympic-sized outdoor
swimming pool, bike on the Countryside/Lebanon bike trail, and run cross country
on the YMCA’s outdoor fields and nature trail.

Kids will be grouped into similar age ranges to ensure a fair competitive chance
for each participant. Each group will have its own race length, swimming pool
allotment, and bike length along the trail. Each participant who crosses the
finish line will be awarded for their hard work!

After the race, families can stay and celebrate during the Family Fun Fest!

Below is a quick breakdown of the Countryside YMCA Kids Triathlon.

Date: Saturday, August 20, 2022

Start time: 8:00 AM Race Start Time The race begins with the 6-8-year-old
division

Bike Drop 6:30am(Mini) 6:50am(Juniors) 7:20am(Senior)

Price and registration: $35 register here

Pre-race check in (required): Check-in August 19th, 5:30-7:00pm Lower-level
Entrance "D-3"

All participants must sign a waiver at registration.
