CGS has received industry feedback in connection with a Request for Comments to
a change in CUSIP assignment procedures.

CUSIP Permanence is an update to assignment procedures, in which the CUSIP
identifier will remain the same for corporate and mutual fund name changes even
when there is a significant impact on the alpha-numeric sequencing within the
CUSIP system. This update will go into effect on October 1, 2021.
