WHO ARE WE?

Based at Carlisle, in Cumbria and established in 1991, we provide a full
consultancy service. From initial system conception, through software and
hardware recommendations, to installation and training. We have been supplying
and supporting clients throughout the UK and internationally for over 28 years.

Originally a software development company, we have expanded steadily to provide
our clients with a single source for all key aspects of their computer systems -
with the most important being the support of the technology.

Although our core business is now centered around the manufacturing industry, we
never forget our local and smaller clients who can expect the same level of
commitment to ensure that their computer systems are kept running efficiently.

We develop our software primarily using Clarion 4GL integrating with Microsoft
SQL databases to provide our customers with the full power of their data. We
also have experience with Android application development, as well as responsive
web-apps which all link in to our main desktop products.

TEMACS

> Fully integrated management information system specifically designed for the
> garment manufacturing industry with special features for the knitwear sector.

FrameIT

> A complete software package for the timber frame construction industry - from
> receipt of order, right the way through the factory until final despatch and
> delivery to the customer.

Design2Saw

> Our CAD & optimisation software written for JJ Smith's industrial saws. This
> piece of software allows users to write cutting lists, convert CAD files to
> and from various formats, and access to our custom optimisation algorithm to
> save the user time and money.

BakeIT

> Our bespoke software developed for Traybakes Ltd. BakeIT is used throughout
> their factory from raw stock to finished product.

HARDWARE

It is particularly important to us that we supply only the best quality hardware
because the hardware that we supply runs the software that we write. To this end
we have developed relationships with a range of high quality hardware
manufacturers and are able to supply from their complete range as well as
providing backup and technical support.

we pride ourselves on giving our clients 100% commitment. We understand the
importance of IT within today’s workplace, and we guarantee to have a quick
resolution to any IT issue you are experiencing.

What our clients want is immediate resolution to their problems, and we provide
the means to do this, through remote assistance. In some cases wherever you are,
we can have your IT issue resolved within minutes of the problem occurring. All
you need is an active internet connection and a telephone line. Of course if the
problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will be straight out of the door to
solve the problem hands on.

The most crucial aspect of IT support is communication, and we want to answer
