Rules
Hackathon
To succeed in the hackathon, it’s essential to understand the key rules and
guidelines. Read them carefully below.






 * Participate solo or form teams of up to 3 members.


 * Participants from all tech backgrounds are welcome: software engineers, data
   scientists, DevOps specialists, security experts, product managers, and more!

Team Composition:

 * Use any programming language, testing framework, or tool of your choice.


 * Leverage your preferred tech stack to create the most effective testing
   solution.

Tools and Technologies:

 * Submit your complete test suite and any supporting tools you've developed.


 * Provide a detailed report of your findings, including all bugs discovered.


 * Include documentation on your testing approach and methodology.

Submission Requirements:


 * Participants retain ownership of their solutions. Bug Hunters Challenge
   organizers reserve the right to showcase solutions for promotional purposes

Intellectual Property:

 * Adhere to ethical testing practices. No actual exploitation
   of vulnerabilities is allowed.


 * Respect the provided API’s usage limits and terms of service.

Prepare to test your skills with a fully functional API. From understanding its
structure to catching hidden bugs, this is your chance to showcase your QA
expertise. Explore the challenge structure below.
 * At the hackathon kickstart, you’ll gain access to a fully functional API (via
   Swagger playground).

 * Refine and expand your tests to catch as many defects as possible before
   submission.

 * Familiarize yourself with the API’s functionality and structure.defects
   as possible before submission.

 * Design and implement your test suite for a "bug-free" environment.

 * During the hackathon, we’ll release an update to the API, introducing 25
   hidden bugs of varying difficulty.

 * Use your test suite to identify these bugs.
