FABULOUS AMAZING HOTEL
This hotel is so lovely, the new addition of the pool at the back is
beautiful. Unfortunately our trip was a bit rainy, so we did not get to go
in it.
We did however spent a morning on the roof pool terrace, which was
fabulous.
We used the Spa for a few hours each day, which is lovely and tranquil.
The staff and attention to detail is fabulous. We were celebrating our 40th
anniversary and was provided with bubbles and cake, which was a lovely
touch.
The GM Alex personally makes sure he says hello to all guests and when we
mentioned that it would be good to have a British channel on the TV, just
to watch TV whilst getting ready before heading out in the evening, which
was only a suggestion generally, we had a box fitted to the TV whilst we
were out for the day, which gave us so many other channels. They do go
above and beyond.
Fresh water and chocolates on the pillow every day. The breakfast choices
were fantastic. We had the buffet dinner on the Saturday, which had
unbelievable choices.
The concierge services were so helpful and even provided us with an
umbrella to use whilst out.
We would not hesitate in going back on our next visit to St Juliens.

This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. Good location and accomodation.

EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD
I don’t often do reviews but this is the least I could do as I found this
hotel and the staff to be exceptionally good and I will keep it short. We
spent 9 nights in a club room from 29th Oct to 7th Nov. Every night the
general manager Alexander would come and talk to us about Malta and how our
day had been, always at the end of the chat he would ask is there anything
he or his staff could do for us. All the staff were very helpful, two staff
members I need to mention in the Club Room Chrisanta and Ranjan they were
always looking after us and giving us advice about Malta and also things
like where to obtain a bus card etc. The weather we had during our stay was
great 23c most days and a little bit of rain one afternoon. We had a great
time and will come back, well done the Marrriott team you helped make this
a very good holiday.

DISAPPOINTED
The stay was disappointing:
-The fridge was not holding any drinks
- no water, glasses/ cups, dental kit and towels for each guest
- the view of the room was facing the Parkin and not the sea
- receptionist at the checkin didn’t do a great job she didn’t give us any
information about the facility of the hotel and the answers to our
questions were vague and not precise ( her explanation was”I am new”)
- the price for the breakfast was not known of some staff
- we was locked in the gym with another new staff (again same excuse I am
new”) - I had to call reception to ask for help as the staff did not know
what to do, no apologies was offer either at that time.
- we want to go in the room at 2:30 and the housekeeper was there cleaning.
We had to wait 30 min for him to clean the room
- morning time at 8 wake up by the cleaning team who start to cut the grass
and the trees around one of the pool.
- on the last day housekeeping wake us up at 9am to clean the room. At 10
am they knock again and at 10 to 12 we got a phone call from reception
saying that the checkout is at 12.
We feel that we were push to leave the hotel
- the spa was very noise, the kids was diving in the pool, guests very loud
in all the areas, no staff was present around the pool, the people and
stuff from the gym they enter the pool aria and slumped the doors. People
with luggage’s and kids walking around the pool fully dress making us feel
embarrassed and disturbing our relaxing moment. The staff at the spa
reception didn’t even answer us- they were too busy chatting between them.
At checkout apologies was done but us we feel so unwelcome we just want to
leave.
I was contacted via email by the manager and asked to repeat myself, to
reconfirm all the information and the complains already mentioned.

My wife and I loved our stay at the Malta Marriott Hotel. Amenities,
