Hi there 👋,

My name is John McGuin and I am applying for the role of Technical Leader, Full
Stack Software Engineer at Cisco Meraki.

With 9+ years of experience now in the field, much of my experience comes in the
form of working in small scale startups on highly autonomous, product minded
teams with high ownership. I value learning new tech stacks and the opportunity
to work in different technical ecosystems and business domains. I have spent the
last year or so attempting to form a startup of my own and have found that
experience to be rewarding and more challenging than I could have anticipated! I
switched my personal tech stack to Phoenix and LiveView and would love the
opportunity to continue working with this tech. I am now excited to be taking my
talents new and old to a new team. I think I can offer a strong product minded
approach to software development and values alignment that will fit Cisco Meraki
well.
