WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

First-time orders may be refunded up to 7 days after purchase. Please note that
this refund only applies to your first server order. You can also look at our
refund policy here.

WHAT ARE YOUR SUPPORT HOURS?

Between staff and community members, we have support available 24/7. Our support
is considered "best-effort," meaning we will do our best to provide top-notch
service in a timely manner.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

Nope! No one likes getting hit with unexpected costs. We are upfront about our
prices and the customer only pays the amount that is displayed during the
checkout process.

HOW LONG IS THE SERVER SETUP PROCESS?

Nearly instantaneous! As soon as checkout is complete, your server is generated
and an email containing your purchase information will be sent to you. If you
already have a server with us, you should be able to see the server appear
within a few browser refreshes.

CAN I TEST SERVER CONNECTION BEFORE PURCHASING?

Yes! If you are in a rush, you can use our server ping page. This will ping our
servers from your curent device. You can also order a FREE trial for many of our
services with no strings attatched!

HOW DO I GET SUPPORT FOR MY SERVER?

The best way to receive support from us is to send a message in our Discord
under the Community Support category. Staff and community members are very
active in these channels. Alternatively, you can open a support ticket and we
will respond to you as soon as possible.
