QUALIFICATIONS LIBRARY

Welcome to the Qualifications Library Proof-of-Concept (POC) web application.

 

This POC is designed to demonstrate what a real app might look like for helping
ESA staff find other ESA staff with specific qualifications. For example, we
often get solicitations (e.g. RFPs) asking for specific qualifications and need
to quickly find colleagues with those qualifications. Another example is outside
of a specific solicitation, we may see or anticipate the need in the market for
a  specific type of skill and having an app like this can help us efficiently
assess whether we have it, and our depth of resources for that skill.
