Userful Info + Mini Rant: 01/13/24

xhttg runs a secondary server that logs and blocks ssh bruteforce attacks. This
is made possible with Fail2ban & AbuseIP-DB API!
It is stupidly easy to setup & if you want to learn how check out AbuseIP DB's
documentation (10mins Max).
I am also working on other projects such as setting up honeypots along with
manually reporting Home Connection IP Addresses to their ISP
(As Alot OF Home Connections Are Probably Compromised Machines being used for
spam.

You may wonder why I do this? I am also into web dev + other tech things so this
is mainly a secondary project that I do in my freetime!
Together We Can Clean Up The Internet. As a Tech Person Myself it makes me lose
braincells seeing all the spam servers & hacked servers + home connections!
I feel like alot of it is due to companies negligence of Security. Because how
can a IP have over 10k+ Reports and these dumb mother fuckers have not detected
anything at all.
I know some providers do not care but for the ones that "DO" It doesnt seem that
way!..
So many individuals are unaware of the threats online.
Default Passwords For Routers , Security Systems and Other IOT devices + Web
hosting Panels Etc!
Open mongo DB INSTANCES
EX: You go buy a security system from walmart
You are told in the instruction manual to port forward your NVR
Whithout knowning the dangers you port forward, well its probably not gonna be
long & that system is gonna get infected with malware

REMOVAL/LAW ENFORCEMENT

We will not remove IP Address reports (Law Enforcement) We will not provide
server logs We send auto reports to AbuseIP-DB for bruteforce attempts but have
nothing else other than the auto reports to handout. Note: Honeypot servers are
hosted on different servers using a different provider than the site itself.. So
contacting the hosting company this site uses will do nothing but waste your own
time.


WHY CREATE A SITE FOR THIS?

To Be Honest I Wanted The Webmaster & Supporter Role! Every Little Bit Helps
Plus Here Soon There Will Be A .TXT And .CSV File So You Can Use For IP
Blocking! This Site Is Mainly Just A Reference. We Also Are Working On Some
Other Cool Projects To Expand X-HTTG..
