IDT USERS

What is IDToday? IDToday is a Namibian based digital onboarding and identity
verification software Company. We provide you with a free profile where you can
store all your personal information on our central database so that you can
safely and securely share your information with the Companies you trust. What
are the benefits of IDToday for me?

Forget about filling in multiple forms, making copies of your ID, and physically
dropping them off every time you engage with a Company or Service Provider.

Your verified IDToday profile will allow you to instantly share your information
and documents digitally with the Company or Service Provider that you engage
with. You now have one central location where you can update your personal
information which will automatically be shared with all the Companies that you
have given access to.

Will my information and documents be kept private and secure? Your privacy and
securing your documents is right at the top of our list of priorities. Your
information and documents are stored and protected on secure servers, and will
only be shared with the Companies and Service Providers that you choose. The
sharing of your personal information will always require authorisation by you.
We will never sell your information to third parties for marketing or any other
purpose. Why is a Company or Service Provider asking me to onboard with IDToday?
Organisations like Banks, Insurers, Realtors and many others are forced to
capture your information as part of their regulatory requirements under the
Financial Intelligence Act. IDToday simply replaces the old manual, paper based
solution Companies normally used with a centralized digital solution. Why does
the onboarding process request a selfie photo of myself? Your selfie photo is
required by FIA to allow us to digital verify your identity. We need to ensure
that you are who you say you are, by comparing your selfie photo to the face on
your Identity Document using Microsoft’s facial biometrics software. Will
IDToday work on my phone? IDToday is a web-based solution and will work on most
smartphones with an internet connection. IDToday is not an App, so you can
simply click on the link provided to initiate the onboarding process. Is IDToday
really free?

Yes. We make money by charging Companies to use our Software solution and
services.

Please note that internet connection is required to onboard, update information,
upload new documents and to share or discontinue sharing information / documents
with selected Companies and Service Providers.

IDT BUSINESS

What is IDToday? IDToday is a centralized KYC software solution that enables
your company to digitally onboard your customers in line with the requirements
of the Financial Intelligence Act. What are the benefits of IDToday for my
business? We enable you to reduce fraud, automate KYC checks, improve
on-boarding & increase revenue while providing an on-demand, seamless customer
experience. You will also have access to our secure, central database which
ensures that your customer information is always up to date. This access will be
invaluable for your ongoing due diligence requirement. Has IDToday been approved
by the Regulator? IDToday is the first Namibian Company that allows businesses
to digitally onboard their customers in line with the requirements of the FIA.
We have worked closely with the Financial Intelligence Centre to ensure that our
solution adheres to the identification and verification requirements detailed in
the FIA. How does it work?

We provide your Company with a tailored, web-based onboarding solution to
collect personal information and digitally verify your individual customers.
Once a customer has completed their digital onboarding, their information is
safely and securely stored in our central database.

We then use a combination of human review and other (biometric) technologies to
verify that the person is who they say they are and that their information is
complete and accurate before sending the digital identity profile to your
company. Our Kairos Liveness technology also ensures that you are dealing with a
real person, and not a photo of a photo or a computer bot.

How do and when do I receive the information and documents that my customers
submitted with IDToday?

You tell us and we will design it to your exact needs.

Our flexible architecture allows our solution to fit seamlessly into your
existing process flows. The information can be delivered in any format (example
PDF or CSV) or even be directly integrated into your enterprise software
solution.

Does your service include screenings services? Yes, this is part of the
additional services we offer. Via our partnership with KYC Namibia, we have a
licence agreement and access to the Dow Jones Database, so you can screen your
customers in real-time at the onset of the onboarding. If required, we can also
programmatically screen your customers for a period of for 12 months and you
will be notified should their compliance status change. What other services do
you offer? We are currently working on real-time credit checks and a digital
signature solution. More details for follow soon. How do I register my business
for my clients to onboard digitally? Please contact us at info@idtoday.com.na to
get started. How will my customer access the solution? IDToday is a web-based
solution and will work on most smartphones with an internet connection. IDToday
is not an App, so you can simply click on the link provided to initiate the
onboarding process. Should any of them not have access to a smart phone or
internet connection, you can offer them the option to visit your Business and
onboard digitally there via a tablet or mobile kiosk. Will my customer’s
information be shared with other Businesses? No. Although IDToday is a
centralized identity management platform, information can only be accessed with
an individual’s consent and authorisation. In other words, the customer will
decide with which businesses or service providers they chose to share their
information.
