Love these disposable covers. I transport baked good and these are easy to cut

These are basically generic and can fit on just about any speed rack. We use
this alot during caterings and in the summer time when prepping meals . We use

We use the bun rack covers to cover our seafood and fish overnight and then,
place ice blankets on top to help keep everything as cold as possible till
morning. Everything has ice underneath too, so ice top and bottom with the bun
rack cover as a protector works great.

While these bun pan rack covers are thin, if you're careful putting on and
removing them, you can easily re-use them many times! But if you do rip them,
the price is so great it really doesn't matter!

These are pretty handy and a much smarter alternative to our previous plastic
wrap method. They keep foods on the inside moist so you don't have to worry
about the fridge drying out your prepped or cooked food. It makes life super
easy, you should have some in your commercial kitchen.
