The Green House model for senior living is uniquely designed from the ground up to look and feel like home. The Green House model is defined by three ideals: real home, meaningful life, and empowered staff. At The Homeplace at Midway, each of our four cottages meet these structural, procedural and philosophical principles. As a true Life Plan Community, we offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care & Personal Care, Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care. Our community is designed to promote physical, emotional and social wellness, serving our residents with opportunities to engage daily in meaningful pursuits. We base our standard of care on the personal relationships between residents and staff, getting to know each individual and caring for them as if they were our own family.
