ABOUT

Through innovative leadership development models, we grow conscious citizen
leaders who catalyse positive change in their communities and across society,
build social cohesion and work towards achieving a just society.

OUR PROGRAMMES


LEADERS FOR MUNICIPALITY

A 12-month leadership development programme that capacitates and support leaders
in municipalities across South Africa.


LEADERS FOR EDUCATION

Our Leaders for Education programme pairs public school principals with private
sector business leaders on a 12-month leadership development journey. The
programme focuses on supporting strong school leadership, which research shows
is vital for school success.


SCHOOL FOR COMMUNITY

Building on the Leaders for Education journey, the School for Community
programme focuses on mobilizing engagement and support from teachers, parents,
and the community. Contribute to lasting change by supporting school projects
and enhancing leadership skills.


SCHOOL LEADERSHIP FORUM

Our School Leadership Forum connects and empowers school principals and
educators through knowledge sharing and practical skills development. Join us
for insightful presentations and discussions on education and leadership-related
topics.


COMMUNITY BUILDING

Our two-day Community Building workshop is inspired by Peter Block's work. This
workshop is for educators, business leaders and active citizens interested in
creating a better future by bridging divides and fostering collaboration.


SCHOOL MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Our School Management Team training Programme empowers school leadership teams
to transition from self-management to effective team management and
accountability.

AWARDS

In July 2018, Partners for Possibility was announced as one of six winners of
the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) Awards for its innovative
solution to education challenges. Each year, the WISE Awards recognise and
promote six projects that address global educational challenges.

In November 2023, Partners for Possibility was announced as one of the 100 top
education innovations globally for 2024 by HundrED.org, a Finnish-based
organisation whose mission is to highlight top innovations in education.

The PfP programme was the recipient of the 2013 Business Partner-Emerald Award
by the Gauteng Department of Education (GDE) for the significant positive impact
it has had on 50 schools in Gauteng.
