As the Co-Founder and CEO at Altius, Akil’s mantra is a people built, technology
enabled, and result delivered organization. For nearly two decades Akil has
consistently challenged and improvised the technological breakthroughs at Altius
and while setting up some of the leading contact centers in India on a
Build-Operate-Transfer model. He drives the spirit of innovation and
collaboration within the organization taking it to greater heights year after
year. He loves to travel and follows football regularly.


NABIL MAHIMWALA

CO FOUNDER & COO

Nabil is an inherently ambitious entrepreneur with ideation and problem solving
as an integral part of his thought process. He is passionately changing the way
people perceive Customer Experience by providing customer delight in all aspects
of customer life-cycle for close to two decades. He is a compelling and
charismatic communicator who cares deeply about people development, teams, and
the individuals who make up Altius. Nabil loves solving puzzles and is an avid
