passionate enthusiasts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase tickets for CoffeEast?

Tickets will be available for purchase at the venue. You pay entry upon arrival
at the festival.


The cost is 24 lei (circa €4.8) per wristband, which also includes your first
coffee at the Welcoming Bar.

What venue will host the CoffeEast Festival?

The Laminor Hall, the last construction of the "Malaxa" industrial complex in
1938, was one of the country's largest industrial halls — with an impressive
span (400m x 180m) — a metal structure, and modern architecture that was
advanced for its time and remains so today.


This national heritage site was designed by one of Romania's most renowned
architects, Horia Creangă, the grandson of the famous Romanian writer Ion
Creangă.

How can I get to the Hala Laminor venue?

You have multiple transportation options. Here are some of them:
 

 * Metro/Subway: The “Republica” subway station—on the M1 Line—is right across
   the street from the Hala Laminor entrance. From the station exit, you should
   be able to see the CoffeEast entrance signage.
 * Bus: catch buses 406, 407, 451, 452, 454, 458, and get off at Republica stop.
 * Tram: ride tram 36 and disembark at Republica stop.
 * Car: Hala Laminor has a paid underground parking lot with XXXX parking
   spaces. The parking fee is 12 RON/Hour (circa 2.4 EUR/h).
   The entrance is on Strada Industriilor, along the long side of the hall, and
   will be marked with a CoffEast sign.

 * Uber: Just type “Hala Laminor” in the app, and the first hit (on Bulevardul
   Basarabia) will be the one you need.


Is there parking available?

Yes, Hala Laminor has underground parking facilities with XXXX parking spaces.
The parking fee is 12 RON/Hour (circa 2.4 EUR/h).



The parking entrance is on Strada Industriilor, along the long side of the hall,
and will be marked with a CoffEast sign.

Can I bring my kids to CoffeEast?

Please do! CoffeEast is a family-friendly event.

Is this event pet-friendly?

Yes, absolutely. Your furry friends are more than welcome!

What is the festival schedule?

CoffeEast runs from April 19th to April 21st, and the festival gates are open
from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
