Terms and Conditions for the TriNet Small Business Month Referral Rewards
Promotion

*No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. Open to individuals over 18
years old and a resident of the United States. From 4/30/2024 through 5/31/2024,
if a participant submits a Qualified Referral that results in a first meeting
with a TriNet sales consultant, as determined by the TriNet Referral Team, then
a $100 Visa Gift Card will be awarded to the referred contact. A referral is
considered qualified once the information has been verified by the MDR team. The
TriNet Referral Team reserves the right to disqualify a referral if it does not
meet the qualifying criteria.

Participant may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a portion thereof) with another
prize of equal or greater value if the prize (or portion thereof) is not
available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. This
program is not sponsored by Visa. Award Recipients are responsible for paying
any applicable income taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed
above.
