ELEFense Culture Analytics lets you understand and predict workplace culture,
with deep learning algorithms that are developed by PhDs in A.I., phycologists
and mathematicians. Eliminating the need for questionnaires regardless if you
have hundreds or thousands of employees.
 

ELEFense combines Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence by collecting data
from every work computer in a unique non-intrusive approach to create “Anonymous
Usage Statistics.” 
 

Individual and private data is never collected and all data is deleted after
analysis. The output is numerical and departmental. Additionally for increased
data security the system can be installed on customer premises.

Private user data is never collected or shown. ELEFense will never get access to
data (we don't want it either...)



Our software downloads a cookie onto each computer, and monitors departmental
climate, values and culture to create Anonymous Usage Statistics - this means
that employers do not have access to individual employees data, just the
departmental trends. 

 

Creating a better working environment for employees is at the heart of what we
do and therefore keeping employee data safe is a top priority.
