Technology industries, with a combined experience of over 200 years.

The vast experience that our leadership team brings to the table has steered

Vinston has over 25 years of experience in the Telecom & ITES industry. He has
worked with global teams and has been instrumental in executing the company’s
business strategy, running operations, expanding the company’s footprint and
directing the overall performance and growth of Grassroots. In a short span of
time, he has successfully set up operation under multiple sectors, winning
multiple clients, and is responsible for the entire gamut of customer
service-oriented processes.

Prior to Grassroots, Vinston had a long tenure with a proven track record at
Bharti Airtel Ltd, and served as the Head CSD - Bangalore Retail. Vinston is a
Six Sigma, ISO 9001:2001, ISO 27001:2005 ISMS trained professional.

ABHAY VAIDYA

Founder & Director



Abhay is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years of experience, and is
the architect behind Grassroots BPO – ITES. He is responsible for giving the
business its technology backbone. Abhay has worked on numerous projects in
heterogeneous environments, especially on Technology Architecture, with an
emphasis on Integrating Data, Voice, CRM, Dialer, ACD, Voice Recording and
Telephony platforms. He is also a pioneer in working on platforms that OEMs have
documented for performance benchmarking.

Abhay also brings to the table ROI perspective for each technology investment,
exposure to BPO processes, standards and methodologies. Before venturing into
entrepreneurship, Abhay served in various IT capacities with Infosys BPO, Minacs
and 24/7 Customer.

JACOB KURIAN

Director



Jacob Kurian has over 26 years of experience in the EPC (Engineering,
Procurement and Construction) industry as a contractor, of which 21 years were
in the Middle East. He has handled several EPC projects, such as the
construction of hotels, hospitals, commercial centers, communication facilities,
oil and gas facilities etc.

Prior to being part of Grassroots, Jacob had a long tenure with Kharafi
National, Kuwait, where he was Director, EPC Projects. He has also worked with
Shanfari Trading & Contracting Co. LLC. in Muscat, and with Blue Star Ltd. in
India. Jacob is an alumnus of REC Jamshedpur, where he got his degree in
Mechanical Engineering and is also currently involved as a Project Management
Consultant for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) projects.

limited, Reliance Communications Limited , Escotel Mobile Communications Limited
and The Avenue Regent. Here at Grassroots, he has been handling roles involving
CustomerService Delivery, Customer Lifecycle management, Service Operations &
Order Fulfillment. His major strengths include Analytics and Assessing
efficiency & effectiveness of the processes and recommend changes based on best
practices. He is a graduate in science from Mahatma Gandhi University. Besides

Sharath Kumar was born and raised in Bangalore, a graduate in Science from the
Bangalore University, with 25 years of work experience in the BPM Industry
having handled telecom operations for India and US and with a proven track
record of managing 7000 employees Pan India, certified Six Sigma Green Belt
professional and his lean Sigma project being awarded the 2nd place in the Pan
India Annual Six Sigma awards organized by Symbiosis.

Having grown from being a customer service advisor to an Associate Vice
President with Hinduja Global Solutions, Sharath has helped develop, nurture,
and build new accounts from the ground up with expertise in managing revenue
driving both top and bottom line, and delivering overall performance.

With his core values being integrity, honesty and humility, Sharath has also led
the CSR initiative and is involved in various social projects. He is married and
blessed with two kids – Harshil and Purvi.

apart from the rest. He has been a part of the exceptional growth of brands like
ITC Limited, Coca - cola, Bharti Airtel Limited and Leverage Marcom Solutions in
the past. At grassroots, he currently heads the Marcom and SCM functions along
with taking on projects in infrastructure for our new delivery centres in and
around Bangalore. He also takes front foot in the retail & distribution aspects

Marketing Manager



Joel comes with 15 years of experience in Marketing and communication. He
started out his career as client servicing executive in an Marketing and Event

marketing need and providing an apt solutions to it. Over the years he has
