If you need to get your septic tank replaced, you definitely need to call The
Septic Group. These types of installations are quite overwhelming and
complicated, so it nice to have some knowledgeable who can walk you through the
process. Rhea and her team explained everything to me right from the start, so I
knew from the beginning I was in good hands. Everything administratively done on
time. The staff was completely on top of all the steps during the entire
project. Also, the installers were terrific. Tim and Dylan came out to my house
before the project started and we did a walk-around and they explained what I
was to expect. We have a landscaped yard that we have worked on for over 25
years, and installers took as much care as they possibly could to preserve and
protect our plants and patio, which we really appreciated. Tim and Dylan showed
up on time every day and completed the project when they said they would. Tim is
a great backhoe operator, and he really did a great job of working around some
very tight spaces in my backyard. Lastly, their bid was extremely competitive
and was even less than a local contractor that was recommended to me by a
neighbor. The Septic Group had to travel over 50 miles each way from Lake
Stevens to Normandy Park to install my septic system. I really can't imagine
that I would have gotten that good of service from anyone else. Thanks Septic
Group!

Evergreen On-site, division of the Septic Group, performed our annual inspection
of our system. Technician did a thorough job and gave us an honest opinion on
the current status of it. however, we had to get them back 2 times to correct an
alarm issue that was found to be caused by a pump filter they forgot to clean
during the initial inspection/service. We were happy with their service and the
promptness in doing it.
