Information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access,
disclosure, alteration and destruction, which includes physical access controls,
encryption, digital certifications, digital authentications, multi-factor
authentication, internet firewalls, intrusion detection and network monitoring
depending on the nature of the information and the scope of processing. Our
staff who may have access to your information are required to keep all such
information confidential.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries
other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data

Information described above will depend on the Personal Information concerned
and the specific context in which We collect. We will collect Personal
Information only where We (a) have your consent to do so; (b) need the Personal
Information in order to perform an obligation with you or where the processing
is in Our legitimate interests; or (c) have a legal obligation to collect
Personal Information from you. If We ask you to provide Personal Information to
comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, We will make
this clear at the relevant time.

If Personal Information pertaining to you as an individual has been submitted to
the Service by or on behalf of a NetAlly customer and you wish to exercise any
data protection rights you may have with respect to that data under applicable
law, including (as applicable) the right to access, port, correct, amend or
delete such data, please inquire with the dataprivacy@netally.com. If you wish
to make your request directly to Us, please provide the name of the NetAlly
customer who submitted your data to Our Service. We will refer your request to
that NetAlly customer and will support them as needed in responding to your
request within a reasonable timeframe.

In order to exercise any of your privacy rights list above, please fill out and
submit Our NetAlly’s GDPR Data Subject Rights Request Form or you are free to
submit a complaint to a data protection authority about Our collection and use
of your Personal Information.

If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018

   Personal Information collected, subject to certain exemptions (for example,

   or to comply with a legal obligation); or (c) that We disclose Personal

You can submit a copy, deletion or right-to-know request online by filling out
NetAlly’s CCPA Consumer Rights Request Form. NetAlly will verify that the
information you submit, which includes first name, last name, email address,
company, and country/state matches Our records before We fulfill the request.
You may use an authorized agent to submit this consumer rights request on your
behalf using the methods above, provided, however NetAlly will require such
agent to provide signed permission to submit the request on your behalf.
Further, NetAlly still may be required to contact you in order to confirm your
identity and that this request was submitted with your permission. NetAlly does
not discriminate against you for exercising your rights or offer you financial
incentives related to the use of your Personal Information.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY PROTECTION
NetAlly does not target and is not intended for children or young adults under
the age of 18. Further, this Site will not knowingly collect Personal
Information from children or young adults, and NetAlly will delete such
information upon discovery. If you are under 18, you may only use Our product
and services with the permission of and under the supervision of a parent or
guardian.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the

NetAlly no longer needs to use your information, we will—unless we need to keep

the information is required to carry out corporate tasks and achieve our
