Andy Trimby Ceramics



APART FROM A DECISION TO HAND BUILD VESSELS USING A SPONTANEOUS VERSION OF THE
ANCIENT COILING TECHNIQUE, FORMS EVOLVE ORGANICALLY DUE TO AN INTUITIVE,
MEDITATIVE CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN THE ENERGIES OF THE HAND, AND THE NATURAL
PLASTIC MATERIAL PROPERTIES OF CLAY.

This is photo of my MA Ceramics & Maker showcase at Cardiff School of Art and
Design, summer 2024.
