report this, even if it has already been reported by you directly to the company or the regulatory authorities. </p>
<p>If you decide to disclose your personal details in association with any adverse event or product complaint report, this information will be disclosed to the commissioning company. In such a situation you may be contacted specifically in
relation to that adverse event. Everything else you contribute during the course of the interview will continue to remain confidential.</p>

<h1>Overseas transfers</h1>

We and our client research agencies are required to pass on to the sponsoring
pharmaceutical company, details of adverse events related to their product(s)
that are raised during the course of market research interviews.
Although this is an online market research interview and how you respond will,
of course, be treated in confidence, should you raise an adverse event or
product complaint in a specific patient or group of patients, the agency will
need to report this, even if it has already been reported by you directly to the
company or the regulatory authorities.
If you decide to disclose your personal details in association with any adverse
event or product complaint report, this information will be disclosed to the
commissioning company. In such a situation you may be contacted specifically in
relation to that adverse event. Everything else you contribute during the course
of the interview will continue to remain confidential.
You will be asked separately whether or not you are willing to waive the
confidentiality given to you under market research codes of conduct specifically
in relation to any adverse event or product complaint reported.

OVERSEAS TRANSFERS

Information Commissioner issued formal decisions that Privacy Shield provides

States. Privacy Shield obligates U.S. companies to protect European and Swiss
personal data and requires the U.S. government to monitor Privacy Shield
certified companies and to cooperate with European and Swiss Data Protection
Authorities.

Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy

We submit to being subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the
FTC or any other U.S. authorized statutory body with regards to our
self-certification and implementation of the Privacy Shield Principles, and

to invoke binding arbitration, at no cost to the individual, in filing a

quality research to our clients, digital fingerprinting and watermarking
technology is used that gathers a number of data points from your computer, such
as operating system version, browser version, plug-in, etc., and assigns a
relative weight to each data point. The data gathered is put through
deterministic algorithms to create a unique digital fingerprint of each
computer. The digital fingerprint identifies fraudulent behavior or duplicate
participation in a survey. With device fingerprinting technologies, no PII is
ever collected.
