Gorgeous little shop well worth a look when at Fox Valley, the ladies that own

I ordered a beautiful Eliza Gracious necklace from Sorelle.
There was a small problem with Apple Pay, defaulting to... ‘collection’ rather
than delivery. I am nowhere near the store - eek.
So I emailed the store to explain and ask if they could ship it anyway - they
responded immediately and shipped it a few days later as expected.
Postal strikes have made it hard to track deliveries so I asked for the shipping
date - again they responded instantly.
Later that same day the parcel arrived. It was beautifully wrapped and looks
amazing.
But! Not to be content with amazing service so far, Sorelle actually followed up
again to see if I had received it and was I happy.

My lovely husband bought me an absolutely gorgeous necklace from Sorelle today
(tree of life in rose gold by Hot... Diamonds) - the ladies in the store were
extremely helpful and friendly, I will definitely go back to purchase gifts for
my friends and family and I would highly recommend a visit if you are in the

Wow what a lovely shop, bought a gorgeous necklace this afternoon after spending
ages deciding which one, just spoilt... for choice. If your looking for
something different and unique to the high street this is the place to come.

What a lovely jewellery store! A true gem!! (Excuse the pun!!) The shop is
beautifully set out, has a friendly and... welcoming atmosphere and that is down
to the two ladies who run it. Gorgeous jewellery- it was difficult which piece

I love this shop ,it as the most gorgeous jewellery and watches ,great shop if
you want to buy gifts for someone... special or if like me I always buy myself
something ,they also stock lovely clothes and scarves but most of all the ladies
that own it are very friendly and don't pressure sell so your free to just

Made my first trip in here yesterday and instantly addicted! Some beautiful
pieces and very reasonable prices. Staff... are so friendly (patient in my
case!) and can't do enough to help but not pushy in the slightest. I'd highly

After getting a bracelet for my birthday which I love popped in to the shop
today. T2 lovely ladies own the shop. Very... helpful in helping me with my
purchase. Got a gorgeous really unusual ring with matching chain like a choker
type it's gorgeous. The displays are very good and everything priced so you
don't have that awkward moment of asking. Seen other items I would like. Plus

Have visited this shop a few times and love it. Such a shame it is just around
the corner from the car park as with... more foot traffic am sure it would have
more customers through it's doors.
Display cabinets are really great. No pressure to buy and plenty of helpful
advice.
The jewellery is individual, reasonably priced, and makes for a truly lovely
gift, or treat.read more

Had a browse around today, looked at all the displays with comfort, never felt
awkward or under pressure. Some... beautiful jewellery & so friendly. I didn't
buy anything today but have spotted a nice watch & some items i have seen for

Wow.....I love this shop!
If you want something that's a little bit individual or different from the
'normal High... Street offerings' then this is definately the place to go to.
The shop looks really great, has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the choice of
jewellery is amazing plus Kim & Kate are so helpful & kind (I'd been in the
store 2 minutes and felt like I'd known them both forever)
Please pop in for a good look around next time you're at Fox Valley and I'm sure
