GETTING AN EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT

    WHAT ARE CORPORATE EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS?
    
    These are discounts to employees of companies that have an agreement with
    Verizon. Depending on your company’s agreement, you may get discounts on
    mobile plans or accessories.
    
    Other discounts we offer include:
    
     * First Responder Discounts
     * Military and Veterans discounts
     * Nurses Unlimited plan discount
     * Teachers Unlimited plan discount
     * Students Unlimited plan discount
    
    
    
    


    AM I ELIGIBLE TO GET AN EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT?
    
    To be eligible for the employee discount you must:
    
     * Be the Account Owner or the Account Manager of the Verizon mobile
       account.
       * Note: An Account Manager's eligibility can be applied to 1 account
         that's not in the Account Manager's name.
     * Be employed by a company or corporation that has a discount agreement
       with us.
     * Be on a qualifying Verizon mobile plan.
    
    
    
    


    HOW DO I KNOW IF MY COMPANY HAS AN AGREEMENT WITH VERIZON AND I CAN GET A
    DISCOUNT?
    
    Your company should let you know if you're eligible for a Verizon discount.
    Or you can check your eligibility by entering your work email address on
    Verizon's discount program page.
    
    If you're:
    
     * Eligible - You see a confirmation that lists your discount amounts.
     * Not eligible - You can check with your company for more information.

    WHAT DATA PLAN DISCOUNTS CAN I GET?
    
    After registering with our discount program, you may be eligible to get the
    employee discounts below. Which discounts and the discount amount depends on
    your company’s agreement with us.
    
    You may be eligible for a discount on account-level access fees of $34.99 or
    higher with these plans:
    
     * Shared Data Plan - 5GB*
     * Shared Data Plan - 10GB*
     * The Verizon Plan Shared Data Plans (e.g., S, M, L, XL, XXL)*
     * Single Line Basic Phone Plan
    
    Keep in mind:
    
     * Discounts are deducted from your account's monthly account-level access
       fees.
     * Discounts don't apply to line access fees.
    
    These plans aren't eligible for discounts through this program:
    
     * Unlimited consumer data plans (e.g., 5G Get More, 5G Do More, 5G Play
       More, 5G Start, Get More Unlimited*, Do More Unlimited*, Play More
       Unlimited*, Above Unlimited*, etc.)
     * Prepaid plans, already discounted plans and promotional plans
    
    *These plans are no longer available to add to accounts.
    
    
    
    


 1. I'M SWITCHING FROM A METERED PLAN TO AN UNLIMITED PLAN. CAN I KEEP MY
    DISCOUNT?
    
    No. You will no longer be eligible for a corporate employee discount when
    you change to an Unlimited plan.
    
    However, when you have an Unlimited plan, you may be eligible for an
    additional account-level discount if you're a First Responder, Military or
    Veteran , Nurse , Teacher or Student .
    
    
    
    
    


    WHAT ACCESSORY DISCOUNTS CAN I GET?
    
    When you're registered for an employee discount, you may be able to get
    discounts on eligible accessories when you buy them through your My Verizon
    account (online or with the My Verizon app). Your discount is applied at
    checkout.
    
    Important: The accessory discount is not available when you buy the
    accessory in a retail store, on the phone through telesales or Customer
    Service or through a bill pay kiosk.
    
    Discount eligible accessories are:
    
     * Cases
     * Holsters
     * Screen protectors
     * Chargers / Car chargers
     * Mono headsets (Bluetooth and wired)
    
    These are not eligible for discounts through this program:
    
     * Waterproof cases (Lifeproof and Atlas cases)
     * Smart Accessories
     * Apple branded products
     * Portable power (mophie products, Motorola Power Pacts, etc.)
     * Memory cards
     * Cables
     * Stereo headphones (Bluetooth and wired, headphones and buds)
     * Other / Home solutions
     * Mounts and Docks
     * Keyboards (Bluetooth and folios)
    
    
    
    


    HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT?
    
    If you're eligible for a Verizon mobile discount, you must register on our
    Discounts by Verizon program page. On the Discount page, click the choice
    that applies to you: Already have a Verizon wireless account? or Not yet a
    Verizon wireless customer?
    
    The primary employee discount validation method is validation via a work
    email address. If your work email address does not validate your employment
    or you do not have a work email address, you may validate by uploading
    documents such as a recent paystub.
    
    If validating employment via document upload, be sure to black out sensitive
    personal information (e.g., salary, tax amounts, banking information, Social
    Security Number, Employee ID Number).

    Note: Validating your discount doesn't extend your mobile service contract.
    It just ensures you get the discount currently available under your
    organization's agreement with us.
    
    
    
    


 2. DO I NEED TO RENEW MY DISCOUNT AND IF SO, HOW?
    
    Yes, you must renew your discount every year.
    
    To renew, follow the same process you used when you first registered for
    your discount. Visit our How to register or renew discounts page.
    
    If you don't complete your renewal within 30 days after your annual renewal
    date, you'll lose the discount.
    
    
    
    
    


    I'M RETIRING. CAN I STILL GET AN EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT OR KEEP THE ONE I HAVE
    NOW?
    
    Whether or not you can get or keep a discount as a retiree depends on the
    agreement your company has with us. Check with your company or contact us to
    find out. You can also try registering with our program to see if you're
    still eligible for a discount through your company.
