We’re delighted to announce new ways to boost agility in your work with our
roundup of Lucid’s latest features!

This month’s Lately @ Lucid launch is designed to accelerate agility in your
work. Whether you’re following a specific Agile framework or you’re simply
looking for more efficient ways to get work done, our newest lineup of feature
launches is here to support collaboration, alignment, and clarity in your
workflow.

You can get the full scoop on the Lately @ Lucid launch on our blog, but here
are some new feature highlights to keep an eye out for:

Optimize team-level events

 * New team templates: Use customizable Lucid templates to guide you step by
step through major Agile events and make them more engaging with embedded
quick tools for facilitation and collaboration. Some of our favorites include
the daily standup template, sprint planning template, sprint retrospective
   template, and sprint review template.
 * Lucid Cards for Jira / Azure DevOps: Add Jira and ADO cards to Dynamic Tables
and timelines to create a single source of truth.
 * Private mode: Create psychological safety and reduce bias by allowing team
members to share ideas, questions, and concerns anonymously in private mode.
 * Agile estimation: Estimate efforts for tasks, or use a planning poker-style
   activity for team estimation.

Streamline program-level planning

 * New planning templates: Whether you call it big room planning, PI planning,
or something else, these templates will help you guide large groups through a
seamless planning session. We recommend the big room planning template, PI
planning template, program coordination dashboard, and the ultimate sprint
   workflow template.
 * Breakout boards: Drag breakout boards onto your Lucid canvas to more easily
separate teams and information within a working session, then circle back to
   the larger group.
 * Jira / Azure DevOps integrations with dependency mapping: Enable teams to
create efficient workflows by visualizing project interdependencies and
   identifying or mitigating risks.
 * Reporting shapes: Show your team's progress and workload by adding progress
bars and workload trackers to timelines and Dynamic Tables.
 * Profile shapes: Visually represent Lucid users as shapes on your Lucid
canvas, and use them to assign Lucid and Jira Cards, start a comment thread,
   and share documents.
 *

As some of the most influential Lucid users, we can’t wait to hear your feedback
on these new features! Join us in our feedback channels to share your
experiences with our team.

your question in the thread, or create a new post in the community.
