軽EVを銀行顧客へ販売、三菱自動車と三菱UFJ銀行が協業

三菱自動車と三菱UFJ銀行は7月22日、カーボンニュートラル社会の実現に向けた協業に関する協定書を締結した。

昨今、カーボンニュートラル社会の実現に向け、世界的な気候変動問題への対応が急務となる中、企業を中心に温室効果ガス（GHG）排出量の削減等が喫緊の課題となっている。


三菱自動車は、2009年6月に世界初の量産電気自動車（EV）『アイ・ミーブ』を発売して以来、電動化技術をリードしてきたが、今回、三菱UFJ銀行と本協定を通じて包括的なパートナーシップを結び、GHG排出量削減に向けた企業の取り組みをより一層支援していく。

その一環として、まずは『eKクロスEV』『ミニキャブ・ミーブ』といった三菱自動車の軽EVラインアップを、三菱UFJ銀行の顧客基盤・ネットワークを活用して、全国の法人顧客に広く紹介いていく。
