signing up, you'll initially join our freemium plan, which allows you to start

Premium.
🪙 As a creator on Bonzai, how much am I paid for my content?
If you are a creator on Bonzai and you provide subscribers with paid content,
you are paid 91% of the sale price that you set for your content.
This means that Bonzai keeps 9% of the sale price as a commission for the
services provided on the platform.
💳 How much does it cost to use Bonzai?
Signing up and creating a profile on Bonzai is free.
We offer a premium plan for creators who want to access additional features and
tools to help them grow their audience and monetize their content. The Bonzai
Premium plan includes:

   Send emails to up to 5000 subscribers! (limited to 500 for free accounts).
   Your email posts are sent with priority, ensuring better visibility.

The premium plan is available for €49.00 excluding VAT per month.

✨ How do I access a creator's premium content?
Creators' premium content is marked with a "Pay Now" button. Simply click on
this button to access the content after completing your payment.

Please note that some content is available through a one-time payment, while
other content is accessible via subscription. Be sure to check the payment
details for each piece of content to understand whether it is a single purchase
or part of a subscription plan.

All prices are displayed excluding tax, and the applicable tax will be added at
checkout based on your country of residence.
⏸️ Can I cancel a subscription? Can I get a refund?
You can request the cancellation of a subscription at any time through your
customer area. This applies to both a premium customer offer and the
subscription to exclusive customer content.
