only limited by your imagination.
ACHIEVEMENTS & LEVELS
Get the coolest achievements and show them off to your friends. Gain experience
and level up and discover then new functions on World of Meta Humans. The higher
level you achieve, the better a hero/villain you are.

§1 - PURPOSE
The Purpose of ‘World of Metahumans’ is to create a place where users can share
and express their interest and love for the DC Franchise. By joining the site,
the user will be sorted into one of the four leagues and will be offered a
variety of different things to do, including homework making, chatting with
others and roleplaying with other users.
§2 - MINIMUM AGE
To join ‘World of Metahumans’ you have to be at least 13 years old. If you are
under the age of 13, your account will be banned until your 13th birthday. When
reaching your 13th birthday you can once again join the site and participate in
the different content it offers.
§3 - BEHAVIOUR
When joining ‘World of Metahumans’ you always need to make sure that you are
keeping a respectful tone everywhere on the site. This includes topics, mails,
the chat, posts and in your homework. It is in no way allowed to bully anyone on
the site. In Game bullying can be arranged between two parties, but explicit
permission has to be given and every part involved has to stay realistic and
still follow the rules of the site.
§4 - USERS AND CHARACTERS
It is not allowed to roleplay as any other character than one’s own user. You
are allowed to play as NPCs (Non-Playing Character) and use them as supporting
characters. A supporting character is a character or creature which has a minor
role and can be controlled by everyone in the topic. An example of a supporting
character could be a bartender or a driver. The supporting character needs to be
viewed from your own character’s point of view.
A pet owned on the site by you or another user can also be used as an NPC in the
topic. If the pet is owned by you, other users may interact with the pet but not
control its actions. You need to give permission for another user to control the
actions of your pet.
You can only roleplay as another person if the Operations Team has given you a
specific character to play within an ongoing operation. If you have been given
permission, you need to inform about it in every topic entry you write through
the operation.
NPCs and other characters you might use on the site are not allowed to be other
users from the site or characters from the comics, movies or fandom.
§5 - ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND SENSITIVE SUBJECTS
Alcohol is allowed as a subject on the site, but it should be spoken about in
moderation. Alcohol and smoking are not allowed to be done on the site before
the character is old enough to drink or smoke.
Sensitive subjects such as drugs and self-harm are in no way allowed to be
talked about anywhere on the site. Triggering topics such as self-harm, sexual
assault and eating disorders are in no way allowed to be talked about on the
site. These topics are not allowed to be incorporated into the backstory of your
character or anywhere else on the site either.
Some subjects are allowed to be mentioned, but make sure you read the rules
through beforehand. If you add any triggering subjects to your backstory or
profile text, you need to make sure to add a warning message beforehand. If you
are unsure about whether you are allowed to mention or add a topic to your
backstory, then you should contact a member of the Backstory Team regarding it.
§6 - ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Any encouragement towards illegal activities is prohibited pursuant to the
European Laws.
§7 - HERO AND VILLAIN
The site allows you to shape your character to your wish. You can decide how you
want your character to be, and shape them to become both a hero, a villain or
maybe something in between as a third alternative. You can also be something
completely different. If you chose to become either a hero or a villain, you
have to remember that you will be nowhere as known as Batman or the Joker.
Through education and doing homework in classes you can earn the status of a
Superhero or a Supervillain. Without these statuses, you are not allowed to
claim that you do large crimes such as kidnapping or murder, or that you fight
large crimes on a daily and live off them.
Without these statuses, you are allowed to claim that you do petty crimes such
as thieving, or that you help cats down from trees every now and then.
The statuses Superhero or Supervillain are statuses that everyone on the site is
capable of earning through graduate classes.
§8 - POWERS AND THEIR EFFECT
Upon joining World of Metahumans, you will be allowed to pick out a power that
your character can use within the limitations that the site has given. When
using your powers in a topic, you are not allowed to decide the consequences or
the effect that your power has on other users, unless you have decided upon it
in private. If you have decided upon it in private, it needs to be mentioned
within the topic to ensure there is no confusion.
If no one agrees to let your power hit or have an effect, you can not force the
power to still hit or have an effect.
§9 - NAMES ON THE SITE
Your character’s name needs to be a realistic name, and you are not allowed to
use a name from the franchise. Upon your arrival on the site, the Commander of
Transcripts will contact you if your name is deemed unrealistic. You are welcome
to explain why you do believe that your name is realistic, but the Commander of
Transcripts has the final word.
§10 - STATUSES
In World of Metahumans, you are capable of earning statuses. Statuses are
different from powers in the way that they are much more powerful. You are not
allowed to claim to have a status unless you have won it through a Status
Competition, or gotten it through other means, like finishing a graduate course
or completing all assignments (undergraduate, graduate, or both).
§11 - COPYRIGHT CODING
It is against the rules to copy any codes you might find on ‘World of
MetaHumans’. All codes from the user’s profiles have been created by or for that
user and these can not be copied and/or used without the user’s permission.
All other codes found on the site (for instance: front box, clubs, the archives,
lesson and etc.) that belong to the authors, admins, and creators of ‘World of
MetaHumans’ are also not allowed to be used without permission from the rightful
owner. Further action will be taken by the World of X team if codes from the
site are used without consent.
It is not allowed in any way to steal a code and remove the credits and claims
it as your own. Any code that has been stolen and had its credits removed will
be immediately removed from the site.
§12 - CONTENT
Your Right to Post Content
World of Metahumans allows You to post Content. You are responsible for the
Content that You post to World of Metahumans, including its legality,
reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to World of Metahumans, You grant Us the right and license to
use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such
Content on and through World of Metahumans. You retain any and all of Your
rights to any Content You submit, post or display on or through World of
Metahumans and You are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that
this license includes the right for Us to make Your Content available to other
users of World of Metahumans, who may also use Your Content subject to these
Terms.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is Yours (You own it) or You
have the right to use it and grant Us the rights and license as provided in
these Terms, and (ii) the posting of Your Content on or through World of
Metahumans does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights,
contract rights or any other rights of any person.
Content Restrictions
Eye4web ApS(DK-35032177) is not responsible for the content of World of
Metahumans's users. You expressly understand and agree that You are solely
responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account,
whether done so by You or any third person using Your account.
You may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting,
intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise
objectionable. Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not
limited to, the following:
* Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
* Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or
commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic
origin, or other targeted groups.
* Spam, machine – or randomly – generated, constituting unauthorized or
unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorized
solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.
* Containing or installing any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other
content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the
functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to
damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of a
third person.
* Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent,
trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.
* Impersonating any person or entity including the Eye4web ApS(DK-35032177) and
its employees or representatives.
* Violating the privacy of any third person.
* False information and features.
Eye4web ApS(DK-35032177) reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its
sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and
complies with these Terms, refuse or remove this Content. Eye4web
ApS(DK-35032177) further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and
change the manner of any Content. Eye4web ApS(DK-35032177) can also limit or
revoke the use of World of Metahumans if You post such objectionable Content. As
the Eye4web ApS(DK-35032177) cannot control all content posted by users and/or
third parties in World of Metahumans, you agree to use World of Metahumans at
your own risk. You understand that by using World of Metahumans You may be
exposed to content that You may find offensive, indecent, incorrect or
objectionable, and You agree that under no circumstances will the Eye4web
ApS(DK-35032177) be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or
omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result
of your use of any content.
§13 - USER ACCOUNTS
When You create an account in World of Metahumans, You must provide information
that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so
constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of
Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access World
of Metahumans and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether
Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.
You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us
immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of
Your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is
not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any
rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate
authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
§14 - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of World of Metahumans and
the agreement that operates between You and Eye4web ApS(DK-35032177). These
Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding
the use of World of Metahumans.
Your access to and use of World of Metahumans is conditioned on Your acceptance
of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions
apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use World of Metahumans.
By accessing or using World of Metahumans You agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then
You may not access the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 13. Eye4web ApS(DK-35032177) does not
permit those under 13 to use the Service.
Your access to and use of World of Metahumans is also conditioned on Your
acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy
Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and
disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the
Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.
§15 - LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not
owned or controlled by Eye4web ApS(DK-35032177).
Eye4web ApS(DK-35032177) has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for,
the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or
services. You further acknowledge and agree that Eye4web ApS(DK-35032177) shall
not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss
caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance
on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web
sites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of
any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
§16 - TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or
liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach
these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use World of
Metahumans will cease immediately.
If You wish to terminate Your Account, You can request for it to be deleted.
Should You wish to exercise this right, You may send a message to President of
Metahuman Affairs and Chairman/Chairwoman, using the account you wish to have
deleted. You will not have to provide a reasoning for wanting Your account
deleted. However, You will have to provide the email address and birth date
which You used to sign up for the Service, this serves as confirmation that You
are the owner of the account. If there is no response after a reasonable time,
the account will be deleted, under the assumption You left the site after Your
request.
These rules might be changed at any moment without notice, so make sure to keep
yourself updated with the rules! Further questions or concerns can be directed
to President of Metahuman Affairs and Chairman/Chairwoman.
