Dignity Health, CommonSpirit® is one of the largest nonprofit health systems in
the U.S., with more than 1,000 care sites in 21 states coast to coast, serving
20 million patients in big cities and small towns across America.

CommonSpirit Health is proud to participate in the UN Climate Change
Conference where we have announced an industry-leading commitment to achieve
net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040 with an interim target to cut
operational emissions in half by 2030.

COMMONSPIRIT HEALTH RELEASED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR ITS FISCAL YEAR 2024 SECOND
QUARTER ENDED DEC. 31.

CommonSpirit Health released financial results for its fiscal year 2024 second
quarter ended Dec. 31, 2023. The results show improvement on a year-to-date
basis versus prior year, driven in large part by higher volume levels.

COMMONSPIRIT HEALTH HAS APPOINTED TERIKA RICHARDSON AS SENIOR EXECUTIVE VICE
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

CommonSpirit Health has selected Terika Richardson as Senior Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer, effective December 11, 2023. Richardson
will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and report to CEO Wright
