WHAT SOFTWARE DO YOU WORK WITH?

We primarily work with Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental,
Practiceworks, and Softdent. Still, we are versatile and capable of
accommodating any Practice Management System.




IN NETWORK AND OUT OF NETWORK

If you are in network with dental insurances we will honor all contract
obligations.


WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT FROM IDB?

We offer only top-notch service to our clients. Our team will diligently send
dental claims and attachments. Then, we will post dental insurance payments and
follow up on any outstanding claims over 30 days old. Finally, we will handle
rejected claims and file appeals. Other services we offer include Insurance
Verification, Patient Billing, Audits and fee schedule updates.
