Charles Nobel have made a number of bespoke pieces for me over the years. The
most recent is a pair of quite stunning diamond earrings, something I have
wanted for some time, and CN have made a truly special pair.
The overall experience was fun. They knew what I wanted and delivered at a very
favourable price that was agreed before the stones were sourced. I felt involved
in the process, fascinated to learn how these stones arrive, how Piers sorts
them, and now understand why it is more difficult to find two matching stones
(generally a requisite for earrings!!) than two individual stones for two
unrelated pieces.
For fine jewellery I would always go to Charles Nobel. A professional, honest
and courteous service, and very importantly, an enjoyable one too.

The team at Charles Nobel took time to understand exactly what we wanted and how
that could be translated into a lasting piece of wearable jewellery. I never
felt that we were being rushed or coerced into making a decision that we didn't

experience with jewellers in London we were delighted to meet Piers who made us

intricacies that are so important when choosing the perfect ring. A mock-up was

Piers and his father were with us every step of the way and available at any
time for questions. Something has to be said for choosing a family run business
who genuinely care about traditional customer service. We are so happy we chose
Charles Nobel to share this once in a lifetime experience.

My antique engagement diamond solitaire ring (which I had worn for 41 years),
was in need of a new shank. At the same time I was advised to renew the setting.
I was concerned that a new setting would change the character of the ring. I
couldn’t have been more wrong!! The ring looks fabulous. The setting has
improved the appearance of my diamond enormously and I have to admit I was quite
emotional when I saw the result of the “repair “. I now have a beautiful new
ring which has maintained its character but has been brought up to date. Thank
