Mend is an AI-Powered Blockchain solution for property maintenance workflow. We
allow property managers to assign and manage maintenance tasks to specific
vendors/maintenance techs on the go.

RENT PAYMENTS

Tenants can pay rent via our mobile app or on the web using $MEND Token, a
checking account or a credit card. On-time payments will earn the Tenant rewards
in $MEND tokens.


RENTALS AND LEASING

Tenants can apply for a unit online and sign their lease agreements via our
mobile app or website. Which is then stored on the Blockchain as a smart
contract.




WHAT IS MEND?

Mend will catapult the Real Estate property management market into the new
high-tech age with its all-in-one app that supports property managers, tenants,
maintenance vendors, and property owners.

AI-assisted features will allow Mend to not only support key players but also
enable smart features like weather and time-related seasonal repair
recommendations to help keep property maintenance levels in peak shape.


MEND WALLET

Within the app, Mend will offer its users a wallet. Similar to other mobile
payment apps, Mend will have the ability to store, transfer, and exchange MEND.

The value of the MEND will be displayed in FIAT but MEND is only converted to
Fiat only after the user selects the option to send the funds to their bank. The
standard Mend Wallet to bank transfer takes 2-3 days and faster service will be
available for a fee.
