ngày 6/8 công bố báo cáo cho thấy tăng trưởng việc làm tháng 7/2021 của nước này đã tăng mạnh do nhu cầu lớn đối với lao động trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ, cho thấy nền kinh tế vẫn duy trì được đà tăng
trưởng mạnh mẽ vào nửa cuối năm 2021. <br> <br>Bộ Lao động cho biết lĩnh vực phi nông nghiệp tại Mỹ đã bổ sung thêm 943.000 việc làm trong tháng Bảy, sau khi tăng 938.000 việc làm trong tháng 6/2021.
Con số này cũng cao hơn so với mức tăng 870.000 việc làm mà các nhà kinh tế của hãng tin Reuters đưa ra. <br> <br>Tuy nhiên, việc làm tăng lên là do sự thay đổi công việc thời vụ tại các trường học do
đại dịch COVID-19 gây ra. Tỷ lệ thất nghiệp giảm từ 5,9% trong tháng Sáu xuống 5,4% trong tháng Bảy. <br> <br>Sam Bullard, nhà kinh tế cấp cao tại ngân hàng Wells Fargo ở Charlotte, North Carolina,
cho biết tình hình trên thị trường lao động dường như khá tốt vào đầu quý 3 khi các doanh nghiệp dịch vụ sử dụng nhiều lao động tiếp tục tuyển dụng do nhu cầu tăng mạnh. <br> <br>Trước đại dịch, việc
làm trong lĩnh vực giáo dục thường giảm khoảng 1 triệu việc làm trong tháng Bảy do các trường học đóng cửa, nhưng năm nay nhiều học sinh đang phải tham gia các lớp học Hè bắt kịp chương trình sau
những gián đoạn do đại dịch COVID-19 gây ra. <br> <br>[Kinh tế Mỹ tăng trưởng mạnh trong quý 2 nhưng vẫn chậm hơn dự đoán] <br> <br>Báo cáo việc làm lạc quan được công bố sau một loạt tin tức công bố

động sẽ là yếu tố tác động đến các quyết sách về chính sách tiền tệ tiếp theo của Cục Dự trữ Liên bang Mỹ (Fed). <br> <br>Tuy nhiên, số ca mắc COVID-19 gia tăng, do biến thể Delta của virus
SARS-CoV-2, sẽ đặt ra rủi ro. Mặc dù việc gián đoạn các hoạt động kinh tế có thể không xảy ra, khi 50% dân số đã được tiêm chủng đầy đủ, song số ca mắc COVID-19 gia tăng có thể buộc người lao động
phải ở nhà và ảnh hưởng tới hoạt động tuyển dụng. <br> <br>Tình trạng thiếu lao động khiến các nhà tuyển dụng không thể lấp đầy con số kỷ lục 9,2 triệu việc làm còn trống. Tình trạng này dự kiến sẽ
giảm bớt vào mùa Thu khi các trường học mở cửa trở lại. Tuy nhiên, một số nhà kinh tế kém lạc quan hơn, cho rằng nền kinh tế đang tạo ra nhiều việc làm có kỹ năng thấp và không đạt tiêu chuẩn của các
