WELCOME TO OUR CONDUCT CHANNEL

Welcome to our Conduct Channel
The Vicunha conducts business based on ethics and respect. Maintaining this
standard in the units and regions where it operates is a commitment of everyone
who compose and relate to the company.

Conduct Channel

To act in the prevention of risks and irregularities, Vicunha provides a
relationship channel for the registration of complaints, open to all audiences.

Situations that violate the Code of Ethics and Conduct must be reported on the
Conduct Channel, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The whistleblower has the option of identifying himself or keeping his personal
information confidential.

The registered statement is received by a company specialized in complaints, the
Aliant, which ensures the absolute secrecy of the information and the
appropriate treatment of each report.

side of this page. The whistleblower may also use to forward the manifestation

It is an exclusive portal for records of complaints or suspicions of any
misconduct in the company in disagreement with the Vicunha Code of Ethics and
Conduct.

2)What can be reported?




Examples of manifestations or misconduct are:

 * Discrimination
 * Non-compliance with internal rules and policies
 * Theft, fraud or embezzlement of company materials and goods
 * Use or trafficking of prohibited substances
 * Informal marketing of products
 * Possession of weapons
 * Violation of the Code of Ethics and Conduct and internal procedures

3)What is the advantage or benefit of the Conduct Channel?




The advantage of the Conduct Channel is that it offers a means of communication
for recording irregularities and complaints without harassment or reprisals,
since all information is kept confidential.

4)Who can use it?




The service is available to employees, interns, trainees, young apprentices,
temporary workers, suppliers and providers of goods and services and anyone who
wants to report a complaint or misconduct identified in Vicunha.

5)Who is responsible for the Conduct Channel?




The Aliant consultant hired by Vicunha is responsible for the records made in
the Conduct Channel. All registered complaints and claims are received by this
specialized company, which is responsible for analyzing and continuing the
registration, always ensuring the confidentiality of the complainant's
information.

6)How to make a report on the Conduct Channel?

7)Do I need to identify myself to make a report?




It is not necessary to provide personal information. The report can be
anonymous. However, the more information the claimant provides, the better the
direction for investigation. When registering, it is important to inform the
names of the people involved, area, city, unit, shift and detail the occurrence.

8)How follow the status of the complaint?




The return or the situation of the occurrence can be consulted on the Conduct
Channel website. For this, it is necessary to have in hand the number of the
protocol that is provided after the registration of the manifestation.
