your commitment term. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition
upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be
charged to the account. Samsung 55TU7000 TV has a retail value of $749.99,
based on the manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
4. For every successful referral made between April 21, 2023 to June 30, 2023,
we will plant 1 tree, up to a maximum of 1000 trees (500 for Mobility
activations and 500 for Home Solutions activations). Referral process must
be completed in its entirety (referrals must be sent, claimed, activated
and completed) between April 21 and June 30, 2023. No tax receipts will be
provided for any trees planted as a result of a successful referral through
the TELUS Refer-A-Friend Program.
5. Available to TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid customers who subscribe to
TELUS home Internet 15 or faster plans. A $10/month discount will be
applied to the Home Services bill for 24 months (or as long as the
eligibility requirements are met). Eligibility for TV plans may vary by

6. Netflix Standard plan ($16.49/mo value) is included at no extra cost with
select TELUS Optik TV packages. Netflix Premium plan ($20.99/mo value) is
available for an additional $4/mo charge with select TELUS Optik TV
packages. Netflix existing account or new account activation required. This
offer, Netflix plans and pricing subject to change.
7. Subject to approved credit with a 24-month TELUS Easy PaymentⓇ agreement
(0% APR) on any in-market plan with data and voice included. TELUS Easy
PaymentⓇ balance will be repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly
payments. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy PaymentⓇ balance due upon
termination, or account transfer. Applicable taxes are calculated based on
the total no term price less any device discounts and must be paid in full
at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use charges (including long distance,
roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra. Device purchased on the
Bring it Back program must be returned in good working condition or you
will be responsible for the difference between the Bring-It-Back program
amount and the lower trade-in value for a device that is not in good
working condition. Trade-in standards published at the time a device is
returned will apply. Applicable sales taxes are due at time of purchase on
the full purchase price. You will not be charged tax on the Bring-It-Back
Program Amount if you choose to keep your device and pay back the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month term.
Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to mobility
service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the term, the
Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.
8. Up to $160 trade in credit available to TELUS wireless customers who
activate or renew on a Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphone on a 2 year plan and
who trade in an eligible device. Trade-in a Samsung Galaxy S21 128GB valued
at $160. Devices traded online will receive Trade-in value in bill credits.
Limit of one trade in per customer. Trade-in value will be confirmed upon
in-store evaluation. In-store trade in credits have no cash value, are
non-transferable and can only be used when activating or renewing service
in the TELUS store where the device was traded in at the time of the trade
in. Products purchased using in-store trade in credits cannot be returned
for full cash value. All trade-ins are final. The trade in transfers all
rights in the device to HYLA Mobile ULC and waives any claim against TELUS
or HYLA Mobile ULC with respect to the device or the trade in program. The
HYLA Mobile ULC trade in program is available in Canada only and may be
cancelled at any time without notice. Trade-In value is dependent on the
condition of the device being traded in.
9. For every successful activation or renewal made on select Android devices
(Google, Samsung or Motorola) between May 8 - May 31, 2023, TELUS, in
partnership with Android, will plant 1 tree up to a maximum of 45,000
trees.
