As part of our work to improve standards for non-permanent workers, such as agency and umbrella workers, we have partnered with a number of umbrella organisations to pilot an awareness scheme. The two founding partners are Workwell™ and Pendragon Umbrella, part of Pendragon Consultancy. Pilot scheme members have agreed to a set of principles of working to lead the way for the rest of the umbrella sector to do the same and help address issues and share information.
