Head of Sales to seize the helm of their advertising product suite.

ABOUT YOU

 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
 * Experience in closing deals, leading executive meetings, and managing
   sizeable teams
 * Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, advertising, marketing, or online
   media
 * Experience building relationships with C-level executives and regional
   contacts
 * Ability to lead and influence resources, prioritizing resources to hit target

In this Role, you will:

 * Develop the roadmap for your entire sales team, translate it into a strategic
   plan, and lead the execution
 * Cultivate relationships with key clients, direct advertisers, and relevant
   agency contacts
 * Develop an understanding of consumer behavior and how it translates into the
   business needs of the industry advertisers
 * Architect team's structure to guarantee operational success
