Solving the Housing Problem

Land usage and population density are making it increasingly difficult for the
essential workforce population to find economical, well-designed homes in their
towns and cities. This is why we created MicroHomes — to provide communities
with affordable, energy-efficient, high-quality housing.

 

 


THRIVING COMMUNITIES AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING

We partner with local developers, general contractors and municipalities to
design, build and deliver our MicroHomes, known as Accessory Dwelling Units
(ADUs) and Park Models. To increase housing supply, we created a product line
and delivery system to quickly and effectively place more livable spaces in
high-cost areas.

WHAT IS AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT?

An accessory dwelling unit (ADU), also known as a carriage home or granny flat,
is an attached or detached housing unit that is typically in the backyard of an
existing single family property. ADUs can dramatically expand housing options in
communities throughout the U.S. and provide needed income for homeowners.
