employer groups and individuals looking for personalized one-on-one nutrition
services and events delivered by Registered Dietitians.

IN-PERSON NUTRITION

Insurance-funded and employer sponsored one-on-one nutrition counseling services
for your employees delivered at your workplace. CHARGE is an in-network provider

A convenient and interactive alternative to onsite nutrition counseling. CHARGE
provides virtual one-on-one nutrition counseling services through the CHARGE

In an effort to boost its health and wellness efforts, Axis began a partnership
with Charge in October 2018. Currently, Charge provides one-on-one nutrition
counseling for a dozen or so employees of Axis, meeting on site with them on a
quarterly basis to assist in their personal nutrition and dietary goals. Their
assigned nutritionist, Haley, has been extremely encouraging and educational to
staff. As an HR Director, I have received a lot of positive feedback and
gratitude from employees, who were happy that the company offered this on site
program.

The Charge Group has been a wonderful addition to our wellness initiative. Not
only does CHARGE inspire our team members, but they encourage them every step of
the way with education, encouragement and great ideas to ultimately accomplish

they are thrilled to see results. The sense of accomplishment has also increased
awareness around wellness as well as a higher engagement in eating healthy and
being active. This has been a wonderful complement to our benefits offering
