7 DAYS REPLACEMENT
This item is eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an
unlikely event of defective or different item delivered to you. In the rare
event that you receive a damaged device, please create a replacement request
within 48 hours of order delivery. Raising a replacement request any time after
48 hours of order delivery will result in your replacement request being
rejected. Please note that we will provide a replacement for only those products
where damage is not caused by the customer in any manner whatsoever.

Apple iPhones: Please contact Apple Customer Service.
Android smartphones: Our Returns Centre will prompt you to download the
diagnostic app to diagnose issues with your defective smartphone. We will
provide a resolution on the basis of the diagnostic app results. In certain
cases, we may also schedule a technician visit to your location who may also use
diagnostic app to validate defects in your device and provide resolution
accordingly.
iQOO Z3 smartphones purchased from 26th July to 27th July are also eligible for
return within 7 days of delivery for full refund, in case you are facing
performance related issues.

As per Wide Advertisation I purchased Coolpad Note-3 Plus(Champagne-White) phone
set in the month of January, 2017. But from next month it was starting problem
with recharge and sound. After all due slow recharge and low backup it was
recharged by maximum time as a result charger also get damaged and its battery
also not functioning and start soling the body. Similarly Sound system also
totally breakdown. Due to failure of sound system i got very difficulties. I
logged the complain in my nearest service centre at Sai Nigam Tech Services,
Bhubaneswar on dtd.23.10.2017. So, the total set was absolutely fault in
manufacturing. Hence, the company may be requested to replace the mobile for
which I appreciate the product, company with brand name.

Even today in the year 2018 where all other users are have Android oreo, I'm
still having lollipop on this device and still waiting for the update
Don't waste your money on this phones there are many phones in the market in
this price range but don't choose this one you will suffer a lot.......a lot if

I did not review too early, if I give review quickly without using it for some
period, then I can't understand the product well. I ordered it on 13 January
2017 received it, even place was remote location. Nearly year is gone, but I am
too late for review. There is thing I want to share, coolpad got wifi
connectivity problems. It connects wifi within short distance and disconnects if
there are number of users on wifi.
This phone is nice after all, have multiple users so multiple whatsapp users can
used on it without any problem. Event it can managed everything separately for
every user. Fingerprint sensors are good
